Rooms are good but Bathroom is very small and even some taps are not in proper condition.. even for hot water it is giving minor electric current so complain same to authority for the same

What a pearl! This was the best hotel room I stayed during my 50 days in India. Fantastic space in the room on first floor, private balcony,wardrobe, big windows,tv, sofa with table, hot water all the time. End everything was working!!! Big, very clean and comfy bed.Quiet surrounding, very helpfull manager with good english. He was allways in contact. He ordered auto riksha, he asked if I need any help. The hotel is clearly visible from main road. Riksha to the Bazar area cost 50 rps.Eating place is 5 min walking. You can buy frozen water in the hotel. Parking space.Highly recommend to everybody

Washroom conditions are very bed. Water taps are also damaged and the behaviour of property owner is not co operative.

Hotel is not as mentioned as per mmt. No proper maintanence, hotel is situated at isolated place. No proper facility available in the the hotel or nearby places

No service, no kitchen service, no room service men,

There was no hot water to take bath in such a chilled weather

I can do say as average experience. Only this hotel available in palitana. Had to go with this option. Rooms are spacious and average in cleanliness. Salt water

Good service and good experience. Staff behaviour is good. Comfortable feel to stay at hotel on.

The location, room size, ambiance, and parking are good but the linens and washroom are not clean enough. No intercom or restaurant is available.

I had a very bad experience for this property. The moment we entered the receptionist were drunk and smelled alcohol with ugly place around and didn’t respond at all. So despite of paying the fare online i could not stay there as it was a risky place. I would like to have refund for the same as i never used the hotel

accommodation facilities good but support services needs lot of improvement.. makemy trip is the best app i have ever seen,seamless, friendly and trustworthy. 👍👍

Nice location and nice property

We were a group on a temple run in gujrat. This is the only option in palitana and is basic nature. However it is clean and safe, sufficient for the short stay.

Nothing was right at this place! No remote for AC, torn pillow and bed covers, leaking toilets, non functional shower and then no breakfast despite online booking and payment with breakfast!
They didn't provide remote for AC and there was no one in the night to attend to the problem. Some one came only at 9:30 in the morning and said it was our mistake as to why we did not ask for the a/c remote when we arrived. Also we booked the room with breakfast but the guy said they have no Idea about breakfast!

It was okay, rooms were too congested and service was still poor and not much facilities.

Good stay

It was a very clean and hygienic place to stay. Close by the tourist places. Excellent rooms, ample parking space. But just do not order food. Go and eat outside the hotel.

Hot room with an annex, interestingly designed. Well working air-condition. Manager helped with all plans of the day.
