Room provided with a fridge which was very dirty, insects roaming inside, in room mosquitos present when called in reception for mosquito coil they told they will provide but no action taken, bathroom flush not working

businesswe are book 3 rooms in om plaza hotel but when we reach at hotel they say they have no rooms so they Swift us to another hotel which is far from these hotel cab rent also paid by us and given new hotel service was very poor even they will no provide drinking water after call many time.. I advice to hotel owner to please not transfer their guests to another hotel if they are not sure for service either give refund or not taking bookings..
