Over all good to stayed here. Cheap and best hotel.

OK Overall hotel is good except some slow service. Room service is slow. Maybe restaurant is out of the hotel. Location is easy approaching. Cleanliness needs some improvement. Lift also has got some faults.

Nice experience to stay with om residency ... It is situated in the heart of the city ... Near to haveli restaurant which is fois for veg foods. Hotel staff are cooperative and good ambience.

Location good, food good values of money staff very cooperative and supportive. Hotel location is good. Next time we have stay definitely this hotel value of money. Room is Very clean.

But they should work on complementary -, means they should clearly tell what they are going to offer as after booking I came to know about complementary menu- which forced me to have hot discussion with MMT too. End result zero after personal discussion with hotel problem resolved. MMT failed to resolve menu issue. Hotel should clearly publish menu for complementary food booking, need to improve variety quantity of Complementary food. Rest hotel is good & value for money.. Lift need some repairing..

Lift needs to be repaired. It jerks in the middle. Apart from this, the rooms are well lit and clean. Good place to stay. They don't have a restaurant but you can order food at your room. The hotel is close to Jhansi railway station and Jhansi Fort.

Room is not good as I saw in pic in make my trip, Breakfast is not so tasty but tea is awesome in taste. Location is nice, it is 1. 5 km from Jhansi fort, and park. Neatness-4/10 Food-5/10 Room size-8/10 Location-8/10 Service-1/10

Good for accommodation. If you love Chinese or South Indian.. Neelam Chat and Fast Food just in front of hotel is a good option. Or look for food outside. They had a restaurant "Koyla"... Closed now.

Average in whole considering the fact. People behavior is OK. Location is good but entry is little bit difficult, because in front there is commercial complex. On an average, it's OK & can stay again.

It is very good hotel. Service is very good very. Neat & Clean hotel. Location is best. Everything is near about hotel. I suggest when you come in Jhansi, stay there. Management behavior is very nice. I feel very relaxed there.

I usually stay in this hotel but makemytrip make stay here convenient to pocket too. Room are very clean, amenities available. And hotel is near to railway station, food is also good. Hotel has its own restaurant, which is also very famous here.

Since long I m staying in this hotel, overall service of the hotel is good, it is near to railway station and Jhansi fort, rooms are big overall experience with this hotel is satisfactory and I will recommend the accommodation to others

It was a pleasant stay over there, a nice location very near from the business station and railway station and it is situated in heart of the city. Service and staff behavior was very respectful with us.

The room was nice and tidy.. The service was too very good but the Air-Conditioning was not that much good.. Overall it was a nice hotel to spend a night and yeah with a high speed Wi-Fi connection which helped me a lot in my studies.

It's wonderful experience value for money I would like to stay again whenever I come in Jhansi. Prime location hotel and also have hotel parking. But in room there is no air freshener please but other wise good condition room. I like it.
