Hotel Om Stay Well

The Hotel Om Stay Well is in a prime location and easily accessible. The room for 4 persons was adequately big with two large, comfortable beds. Very courteous and helpful staff at all levels. Very prompt service and pleasant staff. Being in busy market area, car parking is a bit of a challenge. However, on food front, i give a rating of 2 out of 5. The last order for lunch closes at 12:00 noon, hence, our only option when we checked in at 1:30 pm was swiggy. Complimentary breakfast is limited to poha or bread butter. Poha was too simple with barely 2-3 tiny pieces of potato, no lemon slice. Two slices of bread with butter layer is the other option. Cracked tea cup; in fact both cups were of different sizes too (not from same crockery set. Other food we ordered for dinner etc as room service were just ok. This is when indore is considered to be a food paradise and we had some excellent brunches (we were still hungry after the meagre complimentary breakfasts) at other restaurants.

Although it was good stay. Some arrangements can be better too. Like in suite family room there must be chair for sitting also, and some routine requirements was missing. Same thing i shared to reception. Staff behaviour was good.

Rooms are little small. But service is good. Location is near railway station and bus stand. No restaurant but room service available. Food quality good with minimum charges. Overall i rate 4/5.
