it was very horrible. no cleaning, smell everywhere. Water leakage from AC.

there is poor room service. and no body available on recaption for service. there ware good nature persone but service were be not bed and not good. it was average and

Bathroom doors do not close, windows are struck, taps are broken, bed not clean, there is no lift, no hot water, no breakfast facility available, near by no shops, very isolated place.

Hotel rooms were horrible, walls of room and bathroom were damp. Even the lock of the room wasn’t working. You can’t lock it from outside. Person may fall sick if stayed for long time due to bad condition of the rooms.

The rooms were neat and clean. It is near to market and i like the stay. Everything was working fine(tv, ac, gyeser)

The receptionist is not there half the time. Entry is difficult to find. Tattered towels. Unclean room with mosquitoes and no working tv. Poor hygiene. Food was not good and had to be outsourced as they don’t hv a kitchen. Hallway reeks of smoking. We were not given room keys until we asked for them. , please remove from your listing

No food restorant service at hotel. Property location good but there is no safety standard. No transportation facility

Safe and secure place. Good supporting staff

We had stayed a night after completing irshalgad trek. I feel that is the usp of this hotel. Neat and clean room waiting after you complete a full filling trek, with no hurry to leave for your home. We hadn't availed any food or room service. Few decent food joints nearby. We were exploring those. But except for irshalgad, all tourist attractions are quite far. Otherwise, location is decent, right on the highway. Rated 3 star as staff behaved nicely.

Location ok but rooms and other things is very bad, so i didn't stay here

Room given for stay was very good. Food arranged from outside also was very good. Mr. Gupta the hotel staff was very dedicated to provide required services. Overall the stay experience was go-id

Ac was not working the room was not clean bed sheet is horrribel with germs

It’s a very good hotel to stay. Checkin and checkout process was very smooth. Staff is very good. Service is very good. Room was very neat n clean. Bathroom was also good.

Frequent power cut, no complimentary water

There is not a single thing to appreciate the room start with lock of room not working, room already filled with lot of mosquitoes, intercom and tv not working, dirty bed washroom chair wardrobe. It's a worst ever experience, in my facility it is mentioned that will be getting water dry clean and other facility but nothing at all. Do not recommend this place better to stay at home

Stay was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful. The hospitality shown by these lovely people was second to none, we were treated wonderfully, and so were able to have the experience of a lifetime. Thank you so much.
