Hotel on the Rocks

Hotel is very mediocre. Room size is good but my room ac wasn't working and i came to know in morning that the manager never switched it on from the main board. There is only 1 person managing everything and that leads to a lot of chaos. If ever you book your stay there please be rest assured that you will not get any service before 9.30am as this guy was sleeping till 9.30am in morning and all my efforts to wake him up or get an additional help available from the owner (Who wasnt in the city) went in vein. Overall a very pathetic experience and i won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall experience was very good, Hotel is situated at very peaceful place, ambience is also good Food quality and quantity was good that satisfies your tongue and stomach Staff is also good and caring

The delux room was well maintained and clean and it's location is behind mapro garden and other attractions nearby. but property is not well maintained needs renovation and other amenities.

Hotel room was not ok. The location was remote although it it close mapro. Night time u can not move from hotel. Not well maintain and hotel staff is unprofessional. 1. 5/5 point not recommended

First of all location of hotel is very far away from main road. I ordered dinner at hotel, the panner was rotten smelling. Hotel manager also agreed. Rooms mattress are not in good condition 10 years old mattress. I had back pain due to mattress. My worst hotel experience. If possible grant me refund for this booking. Food was third class.

The room ac was not working, the bathroom was not clean either. It was a okay types room, no network or signals coming on phone, & 9 kms before mahabaleshwar

Nice budget property. Highly recommend for couples. Very nice room service. Sweet food. Friendly people

The place is quite average though, the stay was comfortable. Service was decent. In all an average stay.

Rooms look very average and common balcony for all rooms. Not satisfied with my overall stay in the hotel.

Sheets, pillow covers were dirty. No chair or table in the room. No wardrobe in the room. Instead of a door there was a sliding door which was poor quality and getting it locked was a task in itself. Breakfast was a sham, getting charged rs 175 per person for a poha was unsatisfying. No shampoo and no toothpaste provided by hotel. Room looked old and dingy. Staff was polite and helpful but are restricted by the resources provided by the owner.

The staff is very helpful and polite, quite inside but one will really love the atmosphere around in winters. Also the room was very spacious and clean.

Poor room conditions, no ventilation, there were mosquitoes in the room and no mosquito e repellent was there,

The location of hotel is just opposite mapro gardens which has best valley view. Also the rooms are quite large for 3 people to accommodate. They also offer bonfires and barbecue at an additional charge.

Poor room qulity. Bed is not good. Lack of cleaning. Intercom not working. Door in poor condition. No recipienist. No inverter available.

Bed and blankets was very dirty, they not replace after every customer, and the sad truth is that customer accepts this dirty thing otherwise no hot water is there, mahabaleswar is already cold place and without hot water i think it’s difficult to survive. Other side staff is good, food is to much expensive

Hotel is ok to stay for a night. However, i felt it is overrated compared to the prize paid. Location is good. Very near to mapro garden. Staff is well mannered. Cleanliness is ok but could have been better (towels & bedsheets. Overall ok.
