It was good, near to our home in PLW Patiala. Had good parking space and well maintained rooms.

Room which shown in picture not allotted to us. on complaint hotel management said that all remaining rooms are sold out, One out of two allotted to us is very small approximately 10ft by 10ft

The hotel’s location is near the Railway stations and peaceful. The food was delicious, The staff were polite and helpful, making our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended

Room was big , ac was working in good condition, floor was clean and washroom was also clean but bedsheet and pillow cover was not unhygienic

The property is good, but hygiene is poor. There’s dust in the room, cups and glasses were dirty. Linen was dirty too. There is no buffet, in room service only with very limited and average quality food.

It was very dirty and very cold, it was very open, we were not even given a water bottle i am not at all happy and will never stay at this hotel again and will also tell everyone not to book this hotel.

The location of hotel is outside the town. The hotel staff is un cooperative
