by seeing the review Very Good in the make my trip the book the room in Orchid Inn after going their I got to know it's location is very bad and dirty smell , room is ok but no towels, only given one bed sheet for 4 members really i wasted 14k and very bad experience and I need to think more next time when I book from here after so many days went long journey with family but disappointed

this hotel is very near to raily way station. I travelled with my family and booked two non AC rooms, as our stay is only for freshening up. But the rooms condition are very poor. Floors and roofs are not clean, bathroom doors are damaged, toilet conditions are poor, not good bed sheets (holed); not provide any towels etc. overall, we not satisfied with service. I don't know about ac room conditions.

they change the property, a/c was not functioning well, they not given mineral water, they was no room service no Wi-Fi nothing good about this property.

My stay at Hotel Orchard Inn, Velankanni was comfortable and overall a good experience. The rooms and amenities were quite decent, especially considering the reasonable pricing. The hotel offers good value for money. The only issue I faced was with the early checkout time at 5:30 AM, which felt a bit unusual. It would be much more convenient if the checkout time could be revised to around 9–10 AM, in line with standard hotel practices.

Very small room space and the price is too High. Arrogant with customers, for any query they don't assist.

Non AC room - Zero Cleanliness, bathroom was very bad, very conjusted. AC room - AC issue, not working all the time, Cleanliness issue.

overall it was good and nearer to beach. Comfortable stay. Hot water available AC and TV facilities are available.

Location is near to the Church Just 5 minutes walk from the Stay. cleanliness at it's best and friendly staff. car parking available

I booked a couple of AC budget rooms at this property. Positives: Adequate parking space Hot water available Clean rooms and bedding Conveniently located within walking distance to the Main Church Negatives: Room size is much smaller than it appears in photos; very limited walking space around the bed Toilet lock was broken in one of the rooms AC remote wasn’t functional in one of the rooms Poor TV placement — mounted at the head of the bed, making it unwatchable while lying down Though generally clean, the toilet fittings (especially the bidet) looked unclean No lift available; not ideal for elderly guests or those with heavy luggage

It's good for single person who can stay alone, for couples and families not suitable at all, also the price also very high, campare to other all lodges in velankani.

Hotel was untidy, paints peeled, small washroom and no lift. Me and my family had to climb 3 floors over stairs

Surroundings not clean. Even the hotel interiors not clean. should not allow such hotels to be on their portal. Many hotels near this hotel is not in good condition. should review before allowing such hotels on their portal

Very dirty surroundings and very untidy furnitures . I think such ordinary hotels should be removed from your portal

The property is near the beach and church. the property was maintained cleanly, staff was good and supportive. Rooms neatly maintained

We book orchid but they gave poor stay room not in orchid but other building without proper toilet facility. Flush was not working we paid for room rent but the room what they gave was work that too not in orchid in different building. Facility is not good no proper ac and the manager was rude and showing aggressiveness to us. Not happy with the stay.

Had a nice stay here. The place was clean and comfortable, and the people were really friendly. It’s perfect for families, with a peaceful atmosphere and a safe environment. The best part is that it’s close to Velankanni, so visiting the church and other spots was super easy. The staff was helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, a nice place to relax and enjoy a trip with family or friends. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near Velankanni.
