This centrally located Hotel Nirvana Orchid offers a peaceful retreat despite its proximity to the city's attractions. On-site parking is a convenient perk. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the rooms are compact, they are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was extensive and offered a wide variety of delicious options. Laundry services were also readily available. One minor suggestion for improvement: the daily phone calls inquiring about breakfast preferences seemed unnecessary. Given that breakfast is included in the stay, guests might prefer to decide on the day itself. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and offered excellent value for the price. Highly recommended"

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nirvana Orchid nirvana orchid, shillong! the Hotel Nirvana Orchid exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The Hotel Nirvana Orchid's amenities, restaurant and lounge, were also top-notch. The food was delicious and the service was prompt. We are particularly impressed with the Hotel Nirvana Orchid's attention to detail and commitment to making my stay special. It was a good stay. Only thing I disliked is when i asked the restaurant manager to pack the breakfast, he denied initially. I was in a hurry as I had to head to Cherrapunji so I asked the manager to pack few sandwiches for my child which he denied and I had to request to get it packed. My question is why should I request for something which is already added in my package, rest is all good the staff is courteous, clean premises, quick response, good location.

The Hotel Nirvana Orchid rooms provided on 15th 16th were spacious and and the room given on 17th was smaller. Food was excellent for dinner and mediocre for buffet breakfast. Staff very polite and nice. Certainly good for family.

The stay was comfortable and Hotel Nirvana Orchid is nearby to market area. They maintained good hygiene and service. Only thing that could have been better was the food, they had variety but taste was average. No thanks.

It's a newly renovated Hotel Nirvana Orchid situated on a calm and less traffic road close to the city heart. Clean with very helpful l staff. Food was delicious and wide spread breakfast.

It's a very well maintained Hotel Nirvana Orchid. The complimentary breakfast is superb. The lunch and dinner food is also great. The staff is well mannered. No complaints. Keep it up.

Receptionist hospitality was average, rooms were clean and toilet too. Breakfast buffet was enough. No room service after 10 pm could be a deal breaker for some.
