Hotel Orchid Heritage

I recently stayed at Hotel Orchid Heritage, Vrindavan, and while the overall experience was good, there were some aspects that could be improved. Check-in Experience: The check-in process was not smooth. The front desk staff seemed preoccupied, as if handling too many tasks at once, which led to unnecessary delays. A more welcoming and efficient approach would greatly enhance the first impression. Hotel & Cleanliness: The Hotel Orchid Heritage itself is well-maintained and clean, which is definitely a plus. The rooms were tidy, and the ambiance was pleasant, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast & Services: The breakfast in the morning was good, with a decent variety of options. However, while the amenities and services were up to the mark, the staff’s attitude needs improvement. A quality Hotel Orchid Heritage like this deserves a more courteous and attentive team to enhance the guest experience. Overall, Hotel Orchid Heritage has great potential, and with better staff training, it can truly offer a five-star experience. Would love to return if the service improves!

Property is very beautiful and had all those which were needed and rooms were to good talking about location that was on point and to be precise it was just the centre part for connectivity food has been the best part of the stay not saying other thing we're not at point but food stands out of the league and has been the best-est amenities not much tested but things were good and pleasant it seemed to have all sort of amenities i didn't find anything missing in my stay part services were all upto the mark and quality people well trained and behaviour were so polite and helpful just wow

Really glad to chose to this place while visiting Vrindavan first time. The staff are very friendly and co-operative. Kitchen staff and food was extremely good. Rooms were maintained hygiene and clean. Even the security guard and Hotel Orchid Heritage staff are very kind. Really appreciate this and please keep the same atmosphere. You guys will definitely grow more. Next time will be visiting with family and surely staying here. राधे राधे 🙏🙏

It was our anniversary and we decided to celebrate our special day at one of the most sacred place so we booked this Hotel Orchid Heritage and it was the best decision. Nice place. Staff is polite but relatively new. Need more professionalism food was ok ok. Not tasty. We had dinner one night but found little costlier. Not value for money. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were clean neat. Parking was allotted outside though guard was present. Overall avg experience.

It was a very good experience and i make my trip to search your location. The dinner here is very delicious or the service is very good or the breakfast is great

The stay was good. Well maintained property and affordable distance from all main temples. Buffet in the breakfast could be better and have more options.

The stay was good except few difficulties faced like no water in morning, less warm water, little costlier.

Location is perfect. Food and other amenities are at par. Ground floor rooms are quite big. I loved their bay window for additional bed.
