Overall stay was good. Its a new property and hence ut has it w own advantages and disadvantages. Will list down few here. Good - 1. Its a brand new property. 2. This was my best stay so far in brindavan/mathura. 3. Staff is very good, courteous, and ready to help. 4. All amenities in the room are like a 5 star - it reminds you of a taj. 6. Food was very good. Need to improve - 1. Staff is a bit untrained. When we checked in i was upgraded to a suite. But towels were not in the room. So while i took bath i had to ask for those. 2. Shampoo and body wash containers were empty. 3. We asked for an extra cot, but the guy did not get the pillow along. 4. Amenities are good but not properly maintained, some of those are falling apart. Overall, it was a good experience but management need to keep the standard high, else it will become another ok type Hotel Orchid Heritage that you get in vrindavan.

The quality of rooms - clean, spacious, luxurious, modern and the food quality were amazing. Some other notes: parts of the Hotel Orchid Heritage are still being built though that did not affect the stay in any way. Some cleanliness of the common areas could be better, there is some occasional water dripping from. Acs in common areas. Overall 5 star rating for the stay.

Hospitality was terrific. But since the Hotel Orchid Heritage is in initial phase there were minor issues like we were not informed about the timings of hi tea, breakfast etc so we had to pay for evening tea. Numbers of reception, restaurant, room services were not mentioned on intercom. Overall the stay was very nice and comfortable.
