Stinky, rooms, no mobile connectivity in the room ( middle of chennai. No restaurants near by. Had to order from swiggy

No hot water - the person at the front desk is not even responding, carelessly saying we will not provide, after i reached make my trip support team then he changed the room, not even allowed 1 hour before. No water bottle.

Worst place to stay. Very shabby. Old, dirty and torn linen. Bathroom has not been cleaned for ages & sulabh toilets are cleaner than this hotel. Staff is rude and arrogant and unhelpful. Booking option was with breakfast but the hotel has no breakfast facility. Not worth of 10% of the quoted tariff.

Very friendly staff. Nice ambience good location as well. Free water and lift auto facility and located opp new college very nice experience

Non a/c is cool even in summer. But hot water supply geycer is out of order for the three days we stayed and not serviced. But for commute it is the central part of the city from which we can travel anywhere. Two metro stations dims metro and thousand lights metro are nearly 1 k. M.

Old property, don’t expect hygiene

Once you entered in room there is no calling system for room service. Manegement of hotel, not bothered for customers facilities and services.

It was comfortable. It was easy for my family

Ac not working properly, no action taken manger by calling. No phone to contact reception.

Good staff and very supportive

Room is no were near to the image, they saw on the sight. Washroom is too small. No lock on washroom. Room lock not working. They said they will change the room but they haven't. All and all worst experience I had till now. Not worth for any amount.

They didn't accept card payment. I had to pay cash only. This is unacceptable in this digital age. Rooms are not clean. There were mosquitoes, cockroaches in room. Ceiling fan had huge noise than you would normally see. No remote for AC, so, had to manually get up to turn it on and off. Water heater was not working. They didn't do anything when complained.

Hotel lacks basic cleanliness. Cockroaches freely roam Around in the room, even on the bed! Dirty garbage bin, bathroom buckets. No hooks, towel stands in the bathroom. Overall, pathetic.

Terrible service, they don't even carpets at Washroom doors, no hot water facility and name sake one telephone kept in room which will not work any time.

Lodge was not that clean. The receptionists were not delivering what they were saying.
