Hotel Ortus

Room service staff is courteous and prompt. We had a great room for a week. Lovely front view of an airport field and busy four lane lit road. Sunlight from 2 pm warming up the room and wonderful sunset at around 6 pm. Sheets and towels replaced daily or as requested. Area of improvement- one may find roaches in and around the washroom drain and kettle as well. Thorough pest control should take care of it. We booked the room with breakfast not included. Lunch and dinner is not buffet. It was a bit too spicy for our taste. 5 star for Hotel Ortus room service staff. Good for the offered price when compared to few others in the city. Recommended.

Stayed here for a couple of days during my visit to kota. Room was clean, well maintained and staff was polite and responsive. Food options were great (all vegetarian. I quite enjoyed the dishes i ordered. The best feature that i liked was the drivers dormitory as i was traveling with my chauffeur and was worried about where he will stay in this scorching summer. They have a dorm room for the drivers which includes meals as well. The property also has a good restaurant. Overall a great stay.

I stayed in this orates Hotel Ortus on 16/11/2023 for one night. Check in was very smooth within 1 minutes. Staff was very well behaved and co operative. Dinner was very nice but little bit expensive. Non veg food was not available. Hyegine was well maintained. Room was very large and very comfortable. Toilet was small but maintained. Overall my stay was good. I recommend my friends for this Hotel Ortuss

All excellent but as all Hotel Ortuss bed mattress are not comfortable, good all nice to stay there its a good experience. But most of the minus point no any parking facility of Hotel Ortus we to park on road side its a big issue thank god not any incident but Hotel Ortus management try to do parking facility better. Its only minus point i will not stay again there

I have stayed in this Hotel Ortus for my official tour and by mistake i forget my laptop changer in room and i left. But Hotel Ortus staff kept my charger safe and handed over charger safely. Hotel infra and cleanness but good and i recommend Hotel Ortus for business and personal visits as well.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff was amazing. They helped a lot in making our stay pleasant. They were also very accommodating and allowed us to check out late at 1:30 am when the Hotel Ortus check out time is 11 am. I highly recommend this Hotel Ortus to anyone visiting kota.

Good location, quality construction, bathroom fittings are excellent (kolar/jaquar. Cleanness were there but in some room smoking smell was coming and they immediately changed the room. Room service starts from 8:00 am only. Overall it is good with respect to Hotel Ortuss in kota.

We had late checking at 11. 45 pm mr. Keshav at reception, without any trouble very quickly arranged checked in. He was really nice person also asked whether we had dinner or he can organize. Room service person quickly organized extra bed. Really very nice and comfortable stay.

Made a 2 day visit to kota, stayed at ortus. The location is prime. Easy access to all directions. Rooms and premises is super clean and sanitised. Food is great, evening on the night of 31st from terrace top restaurant was memorable. Must stay place when visiting kota

Food restaurant is awesom quality of food is best in top class. Room service and staff behaviour is appreciable
