Hotel Ozas Grand - INFRONT OF BHU TRAUMA CENTER

I stayed in the Hotel Ozas Grand - INFRONT OF BHU TRAUMA CENTER for 4 nights, though I faced some issues in the first night. As my room was road facing, so couldnt sleep the whole night because of traffic and all sort of weird noises. But my room was changed in couple of hours after I requested the front desk. Another thing was no complimentary water bottles were served, even on asking for it I was told that it will be chargeable. Though next day I was given the complimentary water bottles with the change of room. I think it was a bad night for me as well as the Hotel Ozas Grand - INFRONT OF BHU TRAUMA CENTER, that I have to write such things for them. The food and the room services were also good and prompt. And the staff was helpful and cooperative. The only problem with the rooms were ventilation, there is no proper ventilation system in the rooms. I would advise other travellers to first check few rooms and then to finalize any. As few rooms are very small Overall my experience was good and would like to recommend it to other travellers, The only advice I would like to give to Hotel Ozas Grand - INFRONT OF BHU TRAUMA CENTER staff is that the water bottle is always complimentary with any room you take, which is something basics. And yes I would definitely stay here again incase I visit Varanasi.

Had attended a conference at the nearby college campus and stayed here for 3 nights. The property as such is will maintained and the rooms are adequately clean. The place is close to the ghat area and they will arrange boating on the Ganges also. It is on a busy road and the traffic on the road can get quite congested and the general locality was on the dirtier side since this is the old town section of Varanasi. At some times of day the cab and Uber drivers refuse to come to the Hotel Ozas Grand - INFRONT OF BHU TRAUMA CENTERs area. I had to resort to auto-rickshaws most of the time. The restaurant is small but makes tasty food to order. The breakfast buffet was small and less on variety but must items were good on taste. I would stay here again if I had to go into the BHU campus.

This is my favorite place. I always visit Varanasi for my office work and I love this Hotel Ozas Grand - INFRONT OF BHU TRAUMA CENTER for it's good rooms and food.
Everything was fine and I love this Hotel Ozas Grand - INFRONT OF BHU TRAUMA CENTER, but something unexpected was happened with me on second day. I feel something over my blanket while sleeping at 3 am and woken up when I switched on the lighting I surprised and found a rat roaming over my bed. I complained to the reception and never faced this again during my stay. One more thing, I love there food but Dal Makhni served during my 3rd dinner was uncooked. Overall this Hotel Ozas Grand - INFRONT OF BHU TRAUMA CENTER is good.

Pro's:Room was very clean and comfortable with air-conditioner, 24 hours hot and cold water. Very conveniently located for people visiting BHU campus and Trauma center. Hotel staff especially the Restaurant staff, were warm and helpful. We liked the non-veg food in the restaurant and never needed to go outside to eat. Con's: WiFi was not working (managed with mobile data). Buffet Breakfast options are somewhat limited. No fruit juice surprised a few guests (we managed comfortably with Alu paratha or Poori sabji). Overall:It was a good deal and I booked the same Hotel Ozas Grand - INFRONT OF BHU TRAUMA CENTER twice for my subsequent trips to BHU.

The location is at the main road, so there is always traffic Around resulting to lot of noise. I was given the room which was road side, so more noise. I just had breakfast, so difficult to comment on the food quality, but that was also decent in taste. Service is good and they are also cooperative, since I requested for some time extension, as I had a late flight and they supported.

Had to visit Varanasi for a day. Stayed at the Hotel Ozas Grand - INFRONT OF BHU TRAUMA CENTER. Pros - Everything’s fine. Room service, Neatness, availability of food, and transport. Cons- It is far from Main shiva temple. It might not be con for everyone. But those who like to stay for a day, as I did it will be little tedious to come back from main temple.

We are a repeat guest here fr 3rd tym, there are a few concerns as to which the Hotel Ozas Grand - INFRONT OF BHU TRAUMA CENTER management can look into ., 1. Provide atleast 1 litre water bottle in room ., 2. Give minimum 16 hours of stay fr late check ins ., we are satisfied though and would surely visit again ., hoping to see these improvements next tym

Location is superb. Rooms were neat and clean. Food too was good. Close proximity to BHU campus and trauma centre. Staff too were polite and caring. They were quick in service. Overall a good place to stay. My purpose of visit was business. Would recommend everyone this Hotel Ozas Grand - INFRONT OF BHU TRAUMA CENTER. Cheap and economical too

Short value for money stay, well connected and prime location. U may be disturbed by traffic. If that doesn't bother u. Nice place for a short stay.
