professional and humble care from top to bottom. was honoured by the courteous hospitality from the General Manager, Front Reception Manager, Bell Boy and Security. I checked out from a similar property in jogeshwari east and I was not welcomed like Ozone inn with sealed mineral water and tetrapack fruit juice. it's so thoughtful of the management to welcome all guests both lodging and enquiring about the property. I checked in at 2pm after an hour long uber ride from goregaon and the welcome drink was a big relief for me( though many may take as not a big deal) 4 **** for the Best impressions. I will review again more on my next business trip to colaba soon. May God Bless All with the very Best 💞

It is 10 mns walkable distance from world trade centre, new Hotel Ozone Inn, Colaba, small but very neat. Rooms are small but with all amenities fit for a 3 star. Reception and staff was very cordial, doing their best to serve. Only disadvantage was lack of restaurant, but they arrange for food from a nearby south indian restaurant. Swiggy also is fast since Hotel Ozone Inn, Colaba is situated in colaba. Very centrally located and area is bustling with activity. Cabs can be flagged just at doorstep.

All the staff are most gentleman specially veeresh rathod is also a good boy for every corner, Hotel Ozone Inn, Colaba was neat & clean and also toilet's are hygienic and good maintained, Hotel Ozone Inn, Colaba ozone in suitable for all like family, couple, single. Also rental car is available 2 to 3min /ola/uber, csmt is 10min away, i suggest that lunch and dinner should be available for guest facility. The initial check in at the Hotel Ozone Inn, Colaba was problematic for the logistics issue about the certificate and everything but we had a mm t agent guide us through and she helped a lot with the onboarding. And the rest of the stay was very pleasant. There was a service guy named viresh i think and he was the sweetest to me and my husband. It was indeed a very pleasant stay after the check in. Thanks to mm t for helping us out when we faced an issue.

Location was good, amenities and the room was excellent. Great price. We stayed in classic room. It has separate single beds. Nice and clean decor. Clean bathroom with hot water and toiletries. Only draw back, is they don't have in-house restaurant. One thing i didn't like, my room was cleaned in my absence, and my luggage was opened in the room. Permissions should have been taken before hand. Other wise everything was fine.

I booked classic room with sea view. The view was awesome specially in the rainy season. It was clean and tidy. Spacious room. The room has a kettle, locker, tv, hot running water, mini fridge.
