My stay at the hotel was good. Food was nice. Room was nice. It was a good stay other than the fact that it was on such offside and roads were not ready yet, but overall the hotel was good.

Poor Connectivity: There’s no proper road to hotel, though it seems near to railway station but we had to move a long way to get to it and there’s no proper road to hotel. Welcoming was nice but it seems staff are not trained enough to serve. Taking too long than usual to serve the customer. Staff as well as manager lack empathy A very poor experience so far

Wrong room size

Room was very small as compared to size mentioned in the site . it's was literally 1/8 -1/9 the size mentioned in the site . the2368 sq feet of room . delux double room was offered at the time of booking by the dimensions we thought that it will have 2 seperate rooms . But the room was small and only one room was offered.

The hotel is well within reach specially from railway station. The cabs such as Ola or uber is easily available from airport . The hotel is newly constructed and very well maintained. The staff is very courteous. They offered us Sheri ram ji Payal’s on arrival along with drinks.the room as well as washroom was neat and clean. The food was excellent and dining hall is spacious and well decorated. Overall excellent

first positive: hotel rooms are neat and clean, service is excellent, food quality is very good, Shree Ram Temple is around 2-3 km from the hotel and staff is very helpful. The only negative is that the entry road to the hotel is very rough and some parts of the hotel are still under construction.

It is a clean, well-built and nicely maintained property. Food is also good. The head-chef, Mr. Pandey, pays a lot of attention to the taste, the menu and the feedback from guests. Only drawbacks were - 1. The road approaching the hotel is not built properly; and is very uncomfortable. 2. The hotel needs to arrange for a yellow-zone pass if you plan to reach the premises with a big vehicle (e.g. tempo traveller); but they do not inform in advance and you end up paying fine to the policemen at the check-post.

Hotel was good but we had some bad experiences. Water was leaking from the AC duct in one of the room. They just spread towels on the ground as a resolution. Food was good but service was slow. Nearby Dham Jn. Station. One of the biggest flaw is the location. No approach road till the property.

Extremely poor approach, we have to cross water logging area and slum area surrounding to property. Very dirty area. Misleading information regarding distance from railway station. It is more than 1km to reach through conjusted area .
