The hotel manager took pain

Room and the Hotel Palace Inn was neat and clean. The Hotel Palace Inn manager Mr. Binoy arranged taxi for Ethereally and Paschal Waterfalls. The Hotel Palace Inn is located just behind the Anomaly Bus Station with shops, restaurants and Indian Coffee House within the Bus Station buildings. Bus Service to and from Guruvayoor is available every 20-30min and to Munnar is available at 4am and 8am.

We got a good welcome from the reception staff

Service from the Reception staff was good. But room service was not satisfactory. We didn't get even a tea in the morning. For break fast also we had to travel a long distance from the Hotel Palace Inn. It will be convenient to occupants, if you provide good room service, in future.

Nice place to stay for day here near to bus stand but not exact on main road required to go there bye some ones help. There no food arrangements available no canteen facility available visitors required to go outside for food
