Hotel Palace Tower

Please don't book thought Make my trip app. The details provided are inappropriate and incomplete. Idiotic species are in thecharge of customer care. Don't have the common sense of reviewing and providing a better service. The credibility of the site is been questioned by their staff. In the heart of the city their is no parking area for the Hotel Palace Tower and the reply from the customer care was "GO AND SPEAK TO THE HOTEL RECEPTION" which is not our responsibility. I suggest OYO is much more better.

It is centrally located Hotel Palace Tower very close to railway station, kstrc bus stand and close to all the major temples. The rooms were little small but comfortable with all basic amenities provided. There is no room service, but you have indian coffee house and lots of Hotel Palace Towers nearby for food. Overall i would say value for money.

The Hotel Palace Tower is good and located in d city center. You have many options for restaurants, bakeries, sweet shops etc. Rooms were clean but the window curtains and utensils inside the room were not clean enough. The staff are really helpful. Would give it a 4/5.

Please clean washroom, near to my office so I selected this Hotel Palace Tower there are many Hotel Palace Towers near by this Hotel Palace Tower was at best location and book was very good they have to clean room before guest arrive only this was the main issue otherwise all the things are in place.

Room and other facilities are good. Just good and not great. Some tiles are broken in the room, the bathroom is slippery, shower was not working. But the other facilities and staffs behavior were good. Don't feel any hot in non ac rooms. It is a good option. But don't expect parking facility.

It was a comfortable stay. The rooms were so neat. The services were also good and the Hotel Palace Tower staff are so cooperative. It is very well recommendable. A nice place to stay for people visiting trichur. We have booked 5 rooms as a group and all of us were fully satisfied.

Good experience however rooms lack proper ventilation. Maybe due to fact that I opted for non AC room. The Hotel Palace Tower staff was very cordial and helping. Location near to bus stand and vadakkunnathan temple. Ideal location, good staff, clean room overall experience good

Location, food, and services were top notch.
I had a very comfortable stay, and was pleased with the safety measures taked by the management and staff. City centre location is very convenient. Food was delicious as well. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Overall stay was good. Indian coffee house is Juz nearby. Also ders a good veg restaurant AYUSH nearby. Transportation is readily available. Paramekavu, vadakumnathan and thiruvambadi temples are nearby

Nice and very good ... Only problem is that parking facility is less ... Otherwise good service, facilities and also a restaurant is also there in first floor and room boys are very helpful ... Altogether good exp.

It's in middle of the city. Calm quite place. Manager was friendly. Cleanliness was good. Service was good.
