Hotel Palacio

T had an outstanding experience at this Hotel Palacio. From the moment arrived, the service was impeccable, and every staff member was friendly and attentive. The room was immaculate and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The amenities were superb, including a well-equipped fitness center and a delightful restaurant. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, the Hotel Palacio exceeded my expertntions in every way, and would highly reco for a quality stay.

Room was hygienic and clean, room service was punctual, food was great. Breakfast was very good. Lovely swimming pool and very warm staff. Restaurant and room service available 24x7. Nice experience with in-Hotel Palacio gym. Room was well equipped with minibar and nice view as well. Can i send a video as well for additional discount. Any update. Any update for above. Visiting guwahati after quite some time and selected palacio as advised by friends. Building is quite big with twoparts my room was as old block along with gym and near swimming pool. Reception is very connected highly any place to sit for maximum 2-3 persons. Staff at reception needs improvement. Room thougj not very big but with all required amenities. Quite satisfactory. Enjoyed swimming pool. Food is very very costly as it's is clubbed with bar. Overall a satisfactory experience

Amazing property. Rooms are very neat and clean with amazing room service around the clock breakfast has a huge variety with tasty food the restaurant is top notch. Tried all types of cuisine and everything was delicious now let me tell you the best part - there are 2 pubs/clubs in this Hotel Palacio. If you like to dance and drink like me, then it's a perfect place for you. I had a great overall experience and i will stay in this Hotel Palacio again if i visit guwahati next time.

Property location is excellent and transportation connectivity is great. Rooms are decent except once the hot water was not functional. The mini bar was empty and the refrigerator door was not shutting properly affecting cooling. Cleanliness is upto the mark. Food prices slightly on the higher side. Continental cuisine -average pan asian cuisine -exellent indian cuisine - good

Stayed for 1 night. Hotel is on gs road where there are many restaurants malls and pubs - hence very happening. In fact above the Hotel Palacio is abacus brewery which is quite nice too. Room was large, well lit and airy. Clean bathrooms. Courteous staff. In room food was ok but slightly pricey. Breakfast was good with decent spread. Recommended place

The checkin was smooth as a whistle and done under 5 minutes. There was staff to guide me till the room and it had a well stacked mini bar. The room was large and clean with separate lavaratory and shower area. I got a newspapers well in the morning which was a welcome surprise for me. Overall had a great stay there!

Food was average. Room & bed were clean but they can do a better job in ensuring everything in the washroom is working fine before its given to guest. We had sink clogging which was not checked before the room was given to us. We got the cleaned but housekeeping and room service both take a lot of time to come in.

Great stay and the options for dining at different restaurants are really unique. Hotel palacio has a vibe of its own though the standard rooms are basic and just enough for a short stay.

The best place to stay at the city. Everything is near by from the Hotel Palacio. The stuff are very polite, the room and food is awesome.

Though the rooms are compact, they are clean. Staff is very hospitable and very accommodating. The service is very nice. Tqxi service is nearby.
