We upgraded your reservation to a Double King-size bedroom at no additional charge, despite your original booking for a Twin-bedded room for single occupancy. 2. We did not charge you for smoking in a Non-Smoking room, which is typically against our policy. 3. Our team noted that on the day of your departure, you attempted to secure a reservation for double occupancy while you were about to stay on TRIPLE Occupancy without paying the additional charges. 4. Following your checkout, our housekeeping team reported that the room was left in an unusually dirty state, requiring two additional hours and extra staff to restore it to our standards. We kindly ask you to consider these points as you reflect on your stay. If there are specific areas where you feel we fell short of our service standards, please let us know. While the property is well built, the service and amenities is terrible. There were noises of AC cleaning coming from the roof at 11 pm at night. After repeated calls, room was changed but the noise was so prominent it was covering almost 7-8 rooms

Complimentary breakfast was not spread. In buffet. Hence to enjoy it was very time consuming. Morning time being most important, i skipped it. Even their room categorised as king double bed room was without wall to wall carpet. Fridge was empty devoid of fresh fruits or so. These are the primary things expected in a hotel charging room rent as charged by hotel palasa. Muzaffarnagar.
