That Hotel first mistake is they gave us room attach with hotel storeroom My room window open in Hotel storeroom I stay one night in that room Next day second night they gave me other room In that room, very big big problem Very bad smell in that room my eyes also itching and my daughter facing same problem. My wife also suffering for this. Once again, I went to reception and I told them once again this problem After that, they change my room, but same happen in that room also very bad smell and same thing After that, they give me room that room also OK OK not so good but Food quality also not so good

My stay at the hotel was decent overall. The location was convenient and easy to reach, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The room was decent in size and had the basic facilities, but overall cleanliness needs improvement. The pillow covers were dirty, and there were visible spit marks on the wall, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the electrical points were not convenient to use. With better housekeeping and maintenance, the stay experience could be much improved.

The stay was fine. But there had been a recent pest control and rooms were very smelly and we had to change our room and floor, drains were blocked, and would say rooms could have been much better maintained. Pool was also clean but very less lighting and ambience. Food was fine. Hospitality wise quick. Location was great as near to railway station which was prime for us as we had to leave early morning for Jaipur.

Few Food Items were good. Chinese cuisine was pathetic. Hotel donot serve lunch betwee 3:00 PM-7:00PM even in la carte also so don't rely on the hot for lunch if you are late in noon time. Rooms was too good in terms of cleanliness and infrastructure. service was also good. And check i. check out policy was also too strict they don't allow a single minute to stay in room after check out time. and if you want to extend your check out time to 12 PM also they will charge almost half of the tariff of the one day.

Room was good, but the issue was with the room service and bathroom, the hot water supply was poor despite multiple reminder, actually the reception staff gives false promises but do not actually do nothing , also for cleaning of room multiple reminders need to be given But located near to railway station that is the main plus point to opt for this hotel

Excellent stay. The hotel is very clean, and hygienic. The staff and specially the hotel manager is very helpful and always attentive and respond very quickly. The mini bar in the room was non functional and The manager was requested to replace it with another one and he did it in no time. Worth staying there. Easy location with all the city's attractions nearby. Value of Money. If possible I will give more than excellent.
