Hotel Palazzo inn ( Pure Veg )

Very poorly maintained old rooms, with broken furniture fixtures, cobwebs, used toiletries, Even dental kits provided on demand, stained bedsheets and blankets. Unusually high priced. Food is not good.

I expected much better facilities keeping view the tariff. There is no parking facility and the customer is asked to park depending upon the space available, if any, at his own risk.

The Hotel looks dingy, worn off and old. Bedding smells, Room decor is repaired badly. Leaks in the bathroom.

The stay was really good. The staff was also good. Pizza was good. The stay was comfortable and Calm. One can move here with their family and enjoy the meal.

The hotel was not too good i mean the aur conditioning is not worked well the area of room was too small at the price they giving the room key card was not worked properly charging shocket was broken

lift was not working and I was on third floor the hot water was completely yellow , I even developed a rash on my hands . Had to take bath in that dirty water . The food rates are sky high , staff is completely ignorant , I will NOT RECOMMEND this to any one, if I had an option I would post all the images too , worst experience

I stayed at this hotel recently and would like to share my experience. While the staff were polite and friendly, and the food quality was quite good, i did face several issues during my stay that affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, the tv in the room had no signal, so i couldn’t use it at all. Secondly, the electric kettle provided was not working. I had already added coffee and milk powder, only to find out it wouldn’t turn on, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the mini fridge was also not functioning, which was disappointing. Another point worth mentioning is the pricing. In my opinion, the room rates are not justified considering the facilities provided. The room and amenities did not match the price point, and i felt the overall value for money was lacking. I also feel that i was overcharged for the services offered. In summary, while the staff behavior and food were good, the non-functioning appliances and price-to-value ratio were major drawbacks. I hope the hotel management addresses these issues for a better guest experience in the future.
