Hotel Palazzo Zafferano

No one bother, total staff is irresponsible, honour stays at some other place. When we talked with her. She has very rude behavior. Don't ever book this hotel. Palazzo zafferno.

Front desk person asif was very helpful. Keep up the good work, food can be more better as cooking staff is very supportive.

Room was not comfortable. There is no provision of proper ventilation in bathrooms, so felt suffocation while using them. There is lack of supporting staff, so you have to follow up for room services. House keeping staff is not performing their duty duly. We have a stay of 2days in the hotel. They even does not change the linen on 2nd day and does not provide us the towels during our stay. So do not look at the lucrative room prices.

Overall the stay was good and the staff is really good. Easily accessible. They allow food from swiggy/zomato. There's a good mini mart next to the hotel. Hotel staff readily provided cutlery as well. The reasons for average rating are: limited breakfast options washrooms have no windows for ventilation sometimes we had to call the reception multiple times for some reason, they are a little stingy with sugar sachets.

Location was near market but there is no lift in the hotel, deluxe room are very old types super deluxe room one should book one thing i liked that despite of no lift service staff is very good and very fast at service breakfast per head is 350 and dinner is 700 per person which is very very expensive as compared to hotel

Palazzo zafferano denied accomodation inspite of my booking, later your team got me a room in farsal villa which is less hotel, more of a home stay at very expensive price per day. Anyway i am back after spending 2 nites but experience was terrible. This is the second instance when accomodation was denied to me inspite of my booking.

It's a nice hotel. The room was quite good and spacious. Location wise also it's in the center of city so you can easily go to any place around like lal chowk market or dal lake. Staff is friendly. Food was good. In dinner we ordered biryani, though they took quite some time to prepare it, but it was good one. Would recommend it to friends for sure.
