Location was good parking was there but room was smelling, not clean , washroom feels very old and not cleaned

- Room wasn't very hygienic - There was no mat while getting out of the washroom. - AC was poor, wasn't cooling the room properly. - Charged us extra for basic amenities like a bottle of drinking water (there wasn't any in the room) - We didn't want a bellboy, but they insisted and he was expecting a tip for just opening the door. Followed us after checkout for money.

Excellent stay with staff supported by entire team. Reasonable price with good amenities. Very convenient to travel as walking distance from Delhi Station

There were cockroaches everywhere. Room were stinky and dusty. Washrooms were also dirty.we regret to stay there

All the facilities mentioned was there however they are not maintained. Let me put the details. The mini fridge though working,is not clean and seems it has not been cleaned for ages. The bathroom needs cleaning badly.Bath tub is pathetic,water flow is very low,with a constant creaky sound when one opens the tap. The door handle is broken. Hand wash is not filled and broken. The wash basin is filthy. The bed linen, pillows and bed sheet were dirty. We stayed in Deluxe room for 5 days.The only thing worth mentioning is the room service, which is 24 hrs available.The staff was good and provided the food ordered even at odd hours like 2am and 5am.

The rooms are rusty and feels like not cleaned since long, I and my parents started having dry throat and blocked nose due to the dust everywhere. The bathroom lights are dim. Room has no proper ventilation.

It was very bad they don’t have buffet system but they show in their photos and they give only toast and tea in breakfast.

Room was good neat and clean . staff behave also good . good experience as for first time . will give 9 our of 10 .

Light was not working and bad smell in the rooms . We have booked two rooms .One room was clean but the other one the bathroom light was not working and bad Oder in the room

did not give the selected room. this is always the case with this hotel. you select whichever room, you will be asked to see the room and then finalise. if too much emergency then book any room, otherwise don’t book this hotel. not worth it all. the only good part is the location and nothing else. room was not ready when reached at 4 pm, even when check in is at 12 am. the receptionist said they have forgotten the login credentials of the mmt account and thus are not able to change the types of rooms but this is all scam.

Hotel is good. Staff is good. Cooperative. Reached at midnight but staff was helpful. Room was good cozy. Clean rooms. Had food options from restaurant even at midnight. Very near (nearest) to NDLS railway station just 1 min walking distance.

hotel hygiene and sanitation is good and members of society is also very cooperative and well menner

Hotel is just 2 minute walking distance from platform no. 1 of new delhi railway station and couple safety and overall ambience and staff behaviour is good and of helping nature

Stay was comfortable and wonderful. Nice location, good hospitality and courteous good stay sttaf.

Rooms were good and tidy, but their washroom has poor drain system, and they restrict outside food inside the room when we order food through their hotel's restaurant they charge 10% extra in the name of room service which is quite unfair.
