The stay is not worth the Tarriff

The only thing that bothered me was the dirty bedsheet. There were stains. Overall other things were okay.

I have charged 500rs extra for 1 hr early chekin and no towel in room washroom is completely messy .

Room was clean but washroom was not proper. Shower was not working hand shower was not working, tv connection was not recharged, extension phone was also not working

Over-all it's a decent place, but only specific to the locality. It's south west delhi so everything is accessible. Rooms are clean. The only drawback is hot water. There's no hot water at all. Rest it's a definitive recommendation.

Nice hotel. convenient location, near Naraina Metro station. Room was spacious and staff was very co-operative. Will Highly recommend.

No breakfast in room, lunch and dinner menu was there but it’s not working, torn bed sheets, torn quilt, noisy Floor in night time. Unable to sleep

Without prior information they changed the Hotel from Hotel Palm to Hotel Spring. Hotel springs room’s condition was very bad. Rusted shower and taps.

Hotel changed our rooms from palm grand to palm springs without any notification. There was no restaurant in the hotel, even though it is mentioned. Washrooms are dirty, rusted. Not worth to recognize as a 4 star hotel.

Hotel rooms are good and the washroom are also good. Peaceful stay.
