Avoid this hotel at any cost. While this hotel is located at a good place , the staff is not capable of running, leave apart an hotel.

day 1 denied check in. after a long fight arranged a room in nearby hotel. day2 gave a even shabbier room after a extra wait for 3 hrs. food - curries ok, chapati below average. hotel cleanliness 0/5. staff support negative 10 , such a person the receptionist and general manager , they can't run an auto rickshaw leave apart the hotel

पीने के पानी की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं थी रूम में मोबाइल में कोई नेटवर्क नहीं आ रहे थे wifi की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं थी tv ख़राब थी हर छोटी छोटी चीज़ के लिए दिक्कत

Very pathetic stay at the hotel. Rooms are not being cleaned on regular basis. Towels and bedsheets are also not cleaned. Complementary accessories are not provided after lot of reminders. Hotel staff behaviour is also very bad. Response is also very poor.

pathetic experience i had, on arrival i was informed that there is no booking. upon proving it took 1 hour to let me check in. i was traveling with my family and had to wait at reception for 1 hour during late night. No towal, no hot water, broken shower and flush. my 2 cents, Avoid this hotel at any cost.

Staff is rude, no concept of hospitality, no manners to talk with client guest, not gonna recommend to any one.

The uploaded pics are fake, the pics uploaded is of other hotel this hotel doesn't even have basic amenities and doesn't even have windows. The rooms stink, it's the worst hotel to stay in. The only positive thing is the location of the hotel

Room was in very poor condition. Room size is also very small. It is not as displayed in their pictures.

Very very rude staff and service is too poor, I stay 20 minutes at hotel and I check out in 20 minutes because this hotel is not hotel, this is a hostel. No security, no staff behavior. Over all this hotel's service is too poor. I don't recommend to others. Very very disappointed from this hotel.

Hotel is good. But breakfast is not good.

Staff is good washroom is to small

Tragedy is no hot water in bathroom. They depend on solar panel system. They advice the guest to turn on the tap for 8 minutes so hot water may come. Total waste of water and even after 8 minutes or 10 minutes no hot water.

Over all value for money, good AC rooms, clean and staff are good, receptionist is good.
