The room was not tidy and even they charged extra money apart from the amount paid on mmt. It had cockroaches on bed and the linen was not clean as well. The flush was not working properly.

The hotel is dirty. Washroom fittings are broken with overflowing water. Room is full of mosquitoes. There is no room service. Staff is polite but non-cooperating. A very bad experience considering the amount of almost inr 3400. It is not even a one star hotel.

Stay was not good the location was bad and mmt provided no indication of it, early checkin was not given no hot water staff was not friendly, unhygienic lot of mosquito, water was not draining well in the washbasin total waste of money and bad experience overall, i expect back a refund

The behaviour of the staff is unbelievable. I just landed in mumbai and i didn't have indian currency in cash with me. I have asked the staff for the nearest atm to withdraw the cash, they said we can give you the cash if you need. Then i said ok for that, then they were asking for an extra amount for a particular amount. Terrible. All the blankets, glasses, pillows and mattress were terribly smelling continuous like someone had spilt on it. I don't know how they are running this hotel. Please close your shutter, you don't have any manners to have a conversation with customers and their food is extremely bad. I am sorry to say but if you are reading this review please do not ignore it. It was the most genuine experience i have ever had in my life. I stayed yesterday itself. Please do not book this hotel.

The room doesn't have any ventilation, it stinks, even bathroom doesn't have ventilation and has a tiny exhaust which is ineffective. Tv doesn't work. Lot of ants in the bathroom, and mosquitos are coming from bathroom drain.
