first of all the good things. The Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn is in the core of old eranakulam just a walk from marine drive and MG road. has great ambiance inside though looks ordinary from outside typical of European townhouse Hotel Palmyra Grand Inns. now the bad part. reaching here from guruvayur thru the narrow highways of kerela I reached edapally at 5 pm on a monday. bad time to enter a city in upgrade for metro work and peak hour traffic is worse than even bangalore here. after returning back from 4-5 traffic jams all along the way to this core of eranakulam each time escaping a hourlong deadlock I finally reached market road only to be stuck in the same place 100 mts before the Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn for an hour. so finally I park at the bare minimum 6 car parking at 6:30 PM and worse after this the Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn staff did not acknowledge my make my trip booking though I checked wile booking and they insisted on a voucher printout but their printer wont work. but they were kind enough to give me a room perhaps seeing my baby and all of us in fatugue after tiring traffic jams and everything else was good. but during and even after checkout they were still bothering us about getting thr payment from make my trip. anyway good Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn with good ambience but maybe its just I had a bad day.

I would recommend seas tower( palmyra Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn ) for a casual stay or work from vacation mode. Hotel has got good ambience, room service, Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn staff are very courteous and provided all support. I booked it via make my trip and still did not have any questions from the Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn, just ids we’re verified and we got our room after filling up the forms. One of the smoothest checkin. Rooms have centralised a/c. Good storage’s to keep your stuff and a nice cozy bed.

I have a good experience. Actually my check in was at midnight due flight. But you never have to worry, they will take care of you. The room was excellent. I opted for non AC and the let down from my part. My advice this time of the year always go for AC rooms. The facilities are quite good too. There is a small package for your needs already there. You will be supplied with toothbrush, soap, toothpaste, shampoo etc. Mineral water ordered and it was complimentary. Actually the two nights were awesome.

The property is at a good location in Cochin town, near to boat jetty. Very good Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn to stay. Staff are well behaved. The property has Wi-fi facility and in-house restaurant. Room service is very good and the staff are very prompt and fast in serving the customer. Food quality is very good but in breakfast most items were of south Indian category (idly, idiyappam, uttapam, etc). Overall, it's a very good property to stay.

Stayed with family for four days and we had wonderful experience. Room is spacious, neat and clean. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Excellent house keeping and very prompt. Room service also good. Vishnu was very good at the Attached Spa and he has taken good care of my son and self. Restaurant staff also very polite. To sum it up, it is a very good Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn to stay and everything reachable distance.

Amazing experience, the entrance ambience everything was really awesome 👌. Location was great and accessible easily to other nearby restaurants . We were booked a clubbed room and living room which can really good option if you are traveling with old age member , like we were or even with more number of kids. Liked the place definitely.

The Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn was near the tourist centre from where we had to take the boat for sightseeing that is why we chose it. Some people may not like the locality but it was okay as we only stayed there for one night. Room was clean facilities were also good staff was cooperative at the Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn

The room was very good but small so we got 2 rooms. We were also treated very nicely. The placement was also very good as there was so many food stalls. The toilet was very hygienic. There was a body lotion and a shampoo. But there is a problem, the water supply is not good. There was no sufficient water supply.

Hi, i'm a regular traveller and I almost have stayed in Hotel Palmyra Grand Inns near boat jetty but I always enjoy the service and ambience of Saas towers the staff including reception, room service and house keeping are very co operative overall great experience and full Worth of money, awesome thanks

Hotel is very good, it's worth & very clean maintained. The service is also very fast. The breakfast was so good but only the thing is request to keep a live counter of Dosa & Idli or else to be serve hot, rest all was good.

Good staff. Overall superb budget Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn at prime location to visit local market, 30 Rs from auto. Walkable from Marine Drive or just pay 20 R's auto. Food little bit expensive, Spa not up to the mark chill.

Location very near to boat cherry ... And then morning compliments lunch very good ... Room service is ablicable ... Reception staff softly speech me, room neatness is very good ... Bathroom water is also good ... Overall very good for staying guest

Rooms are really good and spacious. Bathrooms are very neat and dry. Restaurant has to be improved. Not much options. Breakfast we get only dosa and poori room service was very good and perfect timings.
