From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep. I was also pleased with the modern amenities, including the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and luxury toiletries. We reached around 1 pm at the Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn,. The hospitality was really great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The housekeeping team really made a great job. I would recommend to stay in this Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn, at-least once if you are planning to go to tirunelveli. It was worth for the cost spend.

Had a good and pleasant experience. Hotel staff is good and well organized. Hotel is located in well connected area wherein local market, bus stand and railway station are easily accessible and also tariff is cheaper than other Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn,s located in the same vicinity.

Spent a night at the Hotel Palmyra Grand Inn,. Pros: convenient location, spacious rooms and parking space. Can get quality vegetarian food nearby (janaki raman, central cafe. Cons: rooms were in dire need of a maintenance - mold smell, wall paintings were wearing off.

Reasonably good for short stay. Room was decent and overall cleanliness was fine including restroom. On the flip side, towels had minor stains, room servicing was virtually non existent and had to request even to refurnish water.

The stay is nice a bit costly with respect to the facilities available. Room service is not up to the mark. But if you are looking for a safe stay and near to junction railway station then this is the best bet.

it was overall good. enough space for parking. Good restaurant. Good room service. some lights in the room were not working but that won't affect the stay. close to the bus stand and railway station. 👍🏿

Booked suite room and had a comfortable stay. Clean, spacious rooms and good service. Front desk was very helpful. Subramanian from room service did an excellent service. Staffs were very friendly.

Good clean rooms, very friendly staff,. The a/c was not working they sorted it out immediately. Will go back, it is totally value for money
