HOTEL PAMS

We spent two nights at Pams Hotel. It's conveniently located in the town centre. Our prime purpose was to visit temples around the town. The HOTEL PAMS's own travel service with a knowlegable driver and a good saloon car served our purpose very well. The attached vegetarian restaurent and service was good. But the quality of food has a question mark. I had been to this HOTEL PAMS several times during the last few years. The food quality was not the same as in earlier visits. Needs some improvement.
The room was spacious and provided with adequate wardrobes. House keeping response is quick and deserves appreciation. The front office staff were very courteous and offered good service throughout our stay. The LCD TV screen size is not matching with the room size. The bed spreads have some stains and needs to be better washed. At least one of the overhead lights should have dual control with access from bed.

Over the past several years I have always preferred to stay at Hotel Pams when traveling to Mayiladuthurai and this time was no different. Most recently, I stayed for 2 nights and my experience was pleasant. The Hotel is situated right in front of the bus stand and the Road leading up to the Hotel will always be busy. The front office is helpful and courteous the rooms are clean, amenities work and the room size is decent. The room service is just about good. There's car parking in the Hotel premises and safety of your car is taken care. The breakfast buffet spread (only veg) is not big but very practical. The restaurant has separate veg and non-veg sections. The prices are reasonable and the food tastes good. This is a good, value for money Hotel in Mayiladuthurai. You don't have to look anywhere else.

Very close to railway station bus stand and town. Lot of shops nearby. Hotel provide cab for temple visit. Good food and neat rooms. One of the best HOTEL PAMSs in Mayiladuthurai.
One of the best HOTEL PAMSs in Mayiladuthurai. Close to railway station, only 10 minutes from station. Rooms are good and they also arrange for cabs for temple visit. Charges are little high for that place but you cannot find much HOTEL PAMSs in that place who are looking for sophisticated stay. Hotel has restaurant and food is good, so need not search for food outside. Only draw back is 12 pm check-in through MakeMyTrip when you want to land there early morning.

Good location. Room was small for the price. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was not much choice. Courteous staff,but no 24 hour check-out, business idea of money making for HOTEL PAMS and the websites through which you book, don't believe on photos,as room not as big as in photo. Renovated old HOTEL PAMS, budget HOTEL PAMS, but safe for families to stay.
Very small room, but in picture looks big they said in deluxe room there is not much space to move around in the room. Bus staff was courteous, complimentary break fast no fruits, no choice of bread and butter. Good location. Seems renovated old place.

I am very happy to stay in the HOTEL PAMS. Hotel is very neat and clean. All the departments in the hostel front office, housekeeping, HOTEL PAMS are doing excellent service. I thought that the payment I have made is including the complimentary car transfer. But they said they don't have car transfer facility. My opinion is if there is no car transfer complementary don't mention in the voucher. It will give slight confusion while payment time. Otherwise very good stay we had. I know this HOTEL PAMS from 2003. Nice HOTEL PAMS. Excellent location. Complimentary breakfast was very ordinary n meagre. Service was good. Hygienic room with direct hot water tap. Overall a pleasant experience.
Excellent location. Better customer service required in dealing with late arrivals. I stayed only from 2 pm to 11 am. Without even asking my program the reception counter was insisting that since i came late I have to vacate by 12 pm next day. Courtesy is much needed with a better approach.

Overall good. Kindly arrange to forward a GST bill because I have to submit it for claim reimbursement. Good well maintained... Near to Mayavaram bus stand. Great location. 100% value for money. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. Would love to come back again to this HOTEL PAMS.. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. View from the rooms are very pleasant. Could not point out a single shortcoming during my stay.

Location can identify easily .. Quick response at reception, restaurant and room service .. Good vehicle parking facility ... In lobby and stair case they are using automatic human sensor lighting system .. It is really appreciating feature facility to save the power ... We really appreciate ... Have a great stay for all customer of Hotel PAMS ..

Polite, helpful staff. Decent Hotel.

The HOTEL PAMS seems to be pretty decent. The staff were all very courteous and polite. But the only issue that I see is with the bathrooms. The toilet seat cover seems to be soiled and majority of the rooms had this issues .. Leaving this, one of the best HOTEL PAMSs in that place and good value for money

Property is neat, good location everything is good except the blanket it is not white not washed properly

Room was clean and tidy. We checked in the midnight. Staffs were very helping and friendly even in that midnight time. We got complimentary breakfast which was good and tasty compared to other HOTEL PAMSs

The trip was excellent. The stay in HOTEL PAMS pams was awesome. Food was very good and service was very good in the HOTEL PAMS. We had a very pleasant visit to the temples in and around mayiladuthurai. We had a great shopping in mayiladuthurai

Allowed me for early check-in. Nice HOTEL PAMS located very near to mayiladuthurai bus stand. This is my second stay in Pams. Worth for money when availed with MMT discount. Complimentary breakfast provided is good.

Overall the HOTEL PAMS haf a renovation and rooms are good and toilet are very clean. Staffs and managers were very cooperative. Overall very good.
