Hotel Panchavati Elite Inn

There were cockroachs in room as well as in restaurants table. I stayed for 2 days and next day when i asked to clean the room they just did a dusting bed was not set, towel was not replaced. Commode sit was broken. Menu card qr code was not working when asked at reception they said ask in restaurant. TV channels was not working. Only one lift was there and that too was used by cleaning staff so gyest has to use stairs

Room was good, as per specification of booking. Room hyeigin was average, Small chocroche found in the room. we stayed for 2 days, but room was clean on 2nd day. no bed sheet was changed. we observe less room service staff were there, those were mostly found busy in new check in. in house restaurant food was very good in term of taste, though cost was on higher side. complimentry breakfast was attraction of the hotel stay. we all enjoyed the breakfast. there are many option and unlimited breakfast.

The staff there is either rude or non responsive. They were clueless about how to operate AC and TV. No one was even interested in listening to us. Food was pathetic. The serving staff greeted us but when they got to know that we have our breakfast included with our booking, their behavior changed and they brought every dish like we were eating for free there. Over all the stay felt unwelcoming.

Not worth for the money you pay, rooms are small and not even cleaned properly, dust was visible on floors and tables, bedsheets were not clean, water bottles were charged-not complementary for the room booking, no wifi password was shared, breakfast spread is very limited and not so good and tasty. Overall not at all satisfied with the stay.

Good hotel for stay room experience is better best quality hotel no complient from staff

Cockroaches were staying with me as well. So if anyone having a fear of Cockroach don't come here. If you need any service let's say room cleaning to getting a water bottle or anything you've to call at least 4 times. The lady sits in the reception have her own attitude like you're staying for free and she owns you like that. Couple of good things are all spots are near to this hotel. within 15 to 20 mins max. Oops there is no couple only one😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

We have been staying in this hotel for the last 2 years. but day by day the hotel's service and room service is getting worse.

Rooms are small and dirty , worst cot and mattress,bathrooms are unhygienic, they don’t allow outside food , Receptionist was arrogant

🪳 in the bed and room , room service is a problem..check in check out was good. A/C is a issue. fans don't work

There was no shampoo, no bath soap for bathing & no hair oil in Panchavati Elite Hotel...& not to proper car parking... Worst experience...& the chRges was to high as compaire to service

Location is fine. Two things what I didn’t like in this Hotel 1-High charges from restaurant if you order anything other than per-booked meal. 2-No quick response when you ask for something from reception. Hotel was clean and maintained.

it is a very old hotel, poor lenin, dirty bathroom. instead of a double bed they just joined two single beds and covered them with a blanket. Not a good choice for hygiene lovers . They have a pure veg restaurant in the ground floor and a nonveg restaurant in some other floor. Shockingly what I learnt is the kitchen is the same for both. Hence totally avoided taking food at the hotel

Hotel situated at beautiful place, and food was delicious 😋, staff was good and hotel was neat and clean.

Location is good. Their Veg restaurant serves good food. The romm was small bit had all the essentials. Breakfast menu is limited.

Over charge for everything no water bottle provided even it was mention in the catlog, worst so called 3 star hotel I ever stayed.

Intention to give very low level score is for issues we faced 1) Cockroaches on mass level 2) Towel and bedsheets are old and smelling badly. Else hotel location is good.

Following Experience Faced in this hotel :- 1) Chocoroches found in the room 2) Dirty Towels 3) Dental Kit, Shaving Kit, Soap not kept in room 4) Small & conjested room compare to rates 5) No complimentary water is their 6) No any cupboard available in the room 7) Blanket quality is also very poor.

I have been going to lodges in Nashik for 5-6 years but every year I come across such bogus service. No one should stay at Hotel Royal Palm. It is a bogus hotel.
