It was a good stay experience in the HOTEL PANCHAVATI GRAND. The staff was courteous and helpful. Room, bathroom were very neat and clean. If the HOTEL PANCHAVATI GRAND little work on the quality of towels, bedsheets then it will b good for the HOTEL PANCHAVATI GRAND business. Also the HOTEL PANCHAVATI GRAND should make the reception area more professional and attractive. Rest all fine

We were a family of five and had reserved two rooms. What impressed us most was the personalised service from the staff. They were very understanding and flexible. They were prompt in response. Overall, a very good experience. The location was easily accessible.
