familyCalling it hotel itself is asking for too much, it was dharamshala. Very bad. There was only one man who was manager, same person was doing cleaning, room service, he was also chef. And same person for also security. In all very very bad.

Average hotel with very high price. Normal food very very costly

This is average hotel with high price. Location is good. Rooms are ok. Frogs in wash rooms. No hot water for bathing. Food is unbelievable costly in this hotel. One chapati price is rs. 25 and in breakfadt one small dish of poha cost rs. 70. Two slices of bread cost rs 30. Small dish of plain rice cost rs. 120. Think before you book. All the best!

Pathetic experience

Don't go for this property. Keep this as last option for your panchgani trip. It's really overpriced based on the rooms and property overall. Rooms/bathrooms are in worst condition. You can't call reception as intercom phone is not working, plus in case if it's working the phone is not in side of bed. You have to reach it at tv unit to dial any number. Limited staff, the reception guy is the one and only helping you with everything. Don't even consider their breakfast. You're not going to get anything other than poha and up-ma everyday. Yes everyday! better go outside for a breakfast or food. This property is worth inr 1500 only and they're charging whooping inr 3500 which is not at all worth. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is not value for money at all. The hotel is very understaff. Just 3 people. It says breakfast included. But there are very few options or no options at all. The view is nice. But the stay wrecks the whole view and the ambience of the valley. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Worst experience ever
