New clean property, Bad staff and unaccommodating

I stayed here for 3 nights and housekeeping staff didn’t come once to room for cleaning, Phone lines didn’t work. You need to leave your keys at reception for the cleaning which is inconvenient and unconventional as well. Bathroom had dustbin missing. Location is not transport friendly if you don’t have your own vehicle.
