Hotel Paradiso

A reasonably priced hotel at a good location with decent food options available in-house. Slightly understaffed.

Everything are good. Nice cooperation of all staff. Location is good. Foods are good. Amenities are good. Service are good.

One thing must say about this hotel is the food they served. All are like homemade. The staff are very helpful also. All the rooms and bathrooms are big enough for comfort.

It is an excellent property to stay few days with friendly atmosphere. All facilities like food services are excellent.

Exceptional stay at hotel paradiso, kalimpong! upgraded to a breathtaking mountain view room without asking. Delicious food, impeccable staff, and a warm host made it a delightful experience. The view was so inspiring that i couldn't resist painting it. Highly recommend

We, the family of 10 had stayed in this hotel. Manager and staff behaviour was very pleasant, they were very much helpful. The hotel situated far from city's noise. Better location than any other hotel. Kanchanjunga can be seen from balcony if weather is clear. Spacious varanda for time spending while looking at far hills and city. Good home style food. Rooms and bathrooms was clean but cleanliness required to be better. Overall good experience. Recommend for staying.

Mads Paradiso is located at one of the most beautiful location from where you can test the nature and see the range of mountains including Kanchanjangha. I booked the top floor 3 beded deluxe room which was indeed a luck for me to see the beauty of nature through the clouds. The manager Mr. Basu is a very gentle and supportive person. He understands the pulse of guest's basic needs and care people accordingly. Very prompt in response of all queries and support as and when required. Foods are good and in reasonable rates. Must stay option for all. I will again visit there. Thanks.

First of all the room was spacious and the view from window/balconies were awesome. The breakfast had a variety of food. The hotel staff were humble. Our room was upgraded from the budget room to the mountain view room. The view of Kanchenjunga was great in the early morning around 5 am to 7 am.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful hilltop and perfect landscape. The hotel member behaviour was pretty good. Everything was just satisfying except the room where we were put. The room was not having proper electrical sockets, no tv was present and there were traces of damp in the room. Everything else is fine. Cheees

We felt warmth of home. And the cook is just awesome. The manager Mr. Basu is very cooperative and caring. We experienced a very good stay.
