. Bedsheet was dirty. No toilet paper and the holder was broken. Washroom stink-ed like sewage. Phone was not working initially. Terrible service

groupVery poor service. Whatever you see in picture is actually not present in the hotel. Had multiple discussions with the receptionist but he didn't provide any solution. Asked for ro water they charged for it. Asked for ice they charged 100 rupees per cube. Asked for plates they asked why you need 5 plates. we were 5 people staying so that's why we need 5 plates to eat separately. Pool water extreme dirty. You will dead insects inside the pool. Toilets flush wasn't working. They didn't provide soap and shampoo. If you are bringing your drinks in this hotel then they don't have mini fridge in any of the room. Neither they help you to keep your stuff in their fridge in the kitchen. For all the points that receptionist kept denying that this is not available. Hotel paramount should be renamed hotel of udaipur. Worst of the worst experience.

Dear Sir, Swimming pool was properly cleaned while your stay at Hotel you didn't complain about it at the time of your stay and there would be no issues. About the services: - You didn't take any of hotel Services (Food ordered by you from outside we never force you to take our food it's your own decision) We given you everything you ordered like plates provided to you and water provided to you at no Extra cost we didn't charge you for ICE also. We haven't charged you any single rupees for anything. You didn't pay anything at hotel. Mini fridge is not available at property at this time its 3-star property and cl early mentioned on the MMT descriptions and property rules Rooms and Hotel Pictures are updated regularly. In future if mini fridge will be available same will be updated on MMT at the same time. Every Guest is valuable for us we serve our best thanks for your valuable review.
