pathetic AC all across rooms, When asked for any assistance they just ignore it. they don't provide even toothbrush and kit for whole day and night stay, you have to beg for it.

I was not happy with the stay because i had booked for smoking room and i had been allocated nonsmoking room. Reception was very rude and arrogant when i tell my concern .i will never visit again here and i will inform my colleagues also.Only thing was good was breakfast and Riya was very good and humble

staff looks very dull and not a happy server . starting from security to front desk During check-in I had to take my baggage from the gate to the desk.
