Hotel Parijat

The Hotel Parijat is located near Kalimpong bazaar, but at the same time has peaceful environs. The reception area is nicely decorated with flowers giving it an aesthetic look. The rooms are spacious with balcony that overlooks the valley. Hot water is available only in the morning. The food that they serve is excellent, but has to be informed quite in advance for them to prepare it. It does not have a restaurant, but serves good homemade food. The only flip point is that Kanchenjunga is not visible from the room but just have to cross the road and go 100 metres for a clear view.

It says Hotel Parijat but it's actually a homestay. Got a really good offer from Makemytrip, considering the location and the quality of rooms. The manager was very helpful and he arranged for the local sightseeing also. They have reasonable house rules, like hot water runs only for an hour after you ask them, etc. The only problem was the food, as they don't have a permanent cook. So if you want to have dinner or lunch there, you would have to tell them way in advance. Nonetheless, the quality of food was quite good.

A bit uphill from Kalimpong main town, still the location was fine. The view from balcony was mesmerizing. Rooms are large enough for 4 persons. Service was also very good. Bedding and room was clean. Geysers are available in morning and evening only. WiFi facility is available. Behaviour of the Hotel Parijat personnels are good. I will recommend to try this Hotel Parijat if you want to stay at Kalimpong at quite cheap rate.

The staffs and managements are very cordial. The main feature of the Hotel Parijat is its cleanliness. It is just a Home Stay not a Hotel. They treated us like a relative not like a customer. Foods are also home made. I suggest every one to stay at Hotel Parijat not like in a Hotel but just at a house of relative. Thanks MMT for tie-up with such home-stay.

Enjoyed staying there for 3 days, room was cosy with panoramic view from the balcony.

This Hotel Parijat is almost 2 km away from the taxi stand. Superb view, calm area. But this is more like a guest house. You will not get food of your choice or at your preferred time. You have to select from their limited options for food but it was tasty.

Rooms are spacious and have excellent views from balcony. Staff is very courteous. Food had to be ordered well beforehand, but on the upside they served hygienic and warm, homely meals. If you take the reasonable room rates in account, this place is certainly recommended.

We stayed in Dec13, the location of Hotel Parijat is great just 5 minutes walk from main market. A small complex and cafeteria is just in vicinity. The receptionist is too helpful. ever ready to provide assistance. From our first floor balcony ,the view of Kalimpong is simply marvellous.

Location, Room, Service, Facilities are good in the Hotel Parijat. Only thing you need to care about cleanliness. Food is also good in the Hotel Parijat & Service is also excellent. Location also very good for staying. The Hotel manager & their staff are very good & Friendly.

I am satisfied with service that I received during my stay. I will recommend this Hotel Parijat to others.
