Hotel Parimal Lake

I had a very comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the food was tasty, and the facilities were well maintained. Staff was helpful throughout.

The room are different in real.the photos we show in and rooms too small.and bathroom are unhygienic

Very poor hotel and shower also not working properly and too bad cigarettes smell in the room and food also not proper staff behaviour also so rude Iam so disappointed

Booked a double bedroom with amenities such as a bath tub as the main thing, which i was looking for, but during check in they gave me a normal double bedroom. When i asked again at the reception they said that this hotel doesn't have a bathtub and said it was simply added. The room that was provided was also a bit dirty. I then had to register/inquired about this issue with makemytrip about this bathtub issue as the regular double bedrooms price listed was about 3k cheaper. They even lied to the makemytrip executive that the hotel doesn't offer a bathtub. But when i told the mm t executive that the hotel owner itself has put up a image of a bathtub on google maps, she escalated the issue to the hotel manager and only then i got a call from the reception and they provided me the double bedroom with the bathtub, whose existence they outright denied both to me and the mm t executive. I would suggest anyone else to be careful when and feel free to contact mm t for any issues. They were helpful in providing a quick resolution.

Please do not trust the reviews above all reviews are fake google should delete them fake reviews the bedsheet in the room was very dirty when we ask them to change the bedsheet, they say it is changed once in a week it will not be changed now we sleep without bedsheet. The service is very bad the staff and reception person do not have the manners to talk to the guest if we had other options, we would have given this hotel 0 stars. Make my trip should blacklist such hotels this brings down the trust of make my trip.

Worst stay of my life. The room was so dirty and does not reflect the pictures that are shown. The mattress was in a dirty condition. The washroom is the worst place ever. The room is not at all a place to live in. I would never want anyone to stay in this hotel. Literally I would rate a 0 to this hotel. Please refrain from staying at this hotel.

Was a good stay in heart of the city, everything was nearby

The room amenities listed doesn’t match with what i got. It said it has bathtub whereas there was none in the room

The room was not soo good the owner of property is friendly and the staff here is not good would try to charge you extra for anything you would ask reported the same to owner at reception he did called them and asked to return overcharge but i denied also they did not refreshed the room after asking many times in 2nd day's stay and the owner assured a good discount in my next stay at the property
