Hotel Parisutham

Room, bed, lighting, kettle, complimentary water bottles, were all good. Bathroom was good. Hot water was available only for couple of hours in the morning. It turned to lukewarm after 10 am and normal after 11am. When i spoke to them on phone when i booked they said i will be charged extra if had to check out later than 1 hour after check out time. I asked them if we would be allowed to check in earlier by 6 am and i was told we would be if room is available. I told them i will check out by 1pm and asked if we need to pay extra for early check in. They said they will charge extra only in case of check out later than 1 hour after check out time but will provide early check in subject to availability. But on check in they said because my check in is by 6 am i need to check out latest by 7am on july 9. However we had to leave by bus by 1. 30 pm. The front office person insisted i had to pay 1500 extra though my check out was 12 noon. We agreed and paid 1500 on check out day morning. But we were not provided complimentary breakfast despite paying 1500 extra for 6 hours. The tone of the person whee checked us in on july 7 morning was bordering on being rude. On the second day i asked for a bucket to use for taking bath as i did not want use shower. I was given a bucket which was having muck at the bottom and on the sides. I had to clean it myself before using it. These 2 experiences plus hot water non availability through the day makes me give it a rating of 3. Otherwise i would give it 5. A 3 star Hotel Parisutham needs to have people who are warm, and polite to customers and should ensure proper service. This was a missing factor. Service at restaurant was courteous and the senior person there was welcoming and friendly. Buffet breakfast was good but would suggest change in at least 2-3 items each day. Overall i liked the stay, facilities and amenities. Proximity to gandhiji road was a big plus as well.

Hotel ambience, cleanliness, swimming pool, restaurant, room cleaning, refill of toiletries all excellent. But personally i had a very bad experience on the first night of my three nights. Around 11. 20 pm. While sleeping. My room was barged open and since i had the chain lock. They couldn't get in. I was sleeping tired. But immediately terrified and called the reception to which they carelessly said it was mistake by a new employee. But as a female i had a horrendous night. The lady manager ms an-bu was rude in answering me for the incident and told me that i could vacate their property if not ok for me. I asked for refund. But she said to claim since i made booking with them and very mean. I spent the whole night sleepless. So. I don't know how to rate the experience of my stay

I had an amazing experience during my recent stay at 'Hotel Parisutham parisudham. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment i arrived. The room was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The Hotel Parisutham's location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and dining options. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served each morning. Overall, i highly recommend 'Hotel Parisutham parisudham' for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Checking in and checking out were hasslefree. Rooms were spacious; bed and bath clean and well maintained. House keeping staff was found to be attendive in promptly attending to and fixing minor issues when pointed out. However, hadn't i been vigilant in settling our room service bills on check out, i might have ended up paying a substantially higher amount than was really due - the staff had mis-posted someone else's bar expenses to our room. What's worse, the charge slip had wrongly mentioned our rooms' number. No

During my one-night stay, i noticed the Hotel Parisutham's visible aging, but i was pleased to find that the room and bathroom were clean. The hot water and shower area were in good condition. The front desk staff, tamilarasi and sheeba, were polite and helpful. Although the breakfast spread was limited, the service was satisfactory. The Hotel Parisutham offers a large parking area and a delightful 1-kilometer walking corridor along the river. Overall, it was a good stay, and i would recommend it.

We had booked 2 rooms. The room maintenance is ok. Highlight is room connecting to pool. We had received soiled bedsheets and when change was requested, we were asked to change to room, but we asked them to provide the sheets and we ourselves made the best. Restaurant was well managed by mr. Mohan. His service is amazing. Never seen anybody taking care like him especially during buffet. The food taste is good and mr. Mohan was ready to accommodate any small customisation we requested.

Stayed for one night on 02/10/2024. Since my train arrived in morning and leaving next night, i extended my stay to two whole calendar days. I don't understand all these -ve reviews, the Hotel Parisutham is in central location (walkable to bus stand(5min, railway station(10 min) and big temple(10 min). The breakfast buffet while not lavish, is decent enough. Hotel also had a pool which i didn't use. The housekeeping and room service was prompt. Would definitely recommend.

Property is calm and located at a nice place closer to all the prominent land marks in the town. Staff are cordial and helpful. Food is good. But costly. Complementary breakfast is also good. Room is neat and clean. But need some maintenance as it is a old Hotel Parisutham. Mattresses need to be changed. Ac is good but the louvers are not functioning. Water mixture is not working. Few plug points are not working. Bath tub is not clean

Centrally located and a good place to stay. Pool facing rooms gives you a great view. Easy access to big temple and museum. Also, railway station and bus stops are nearby

Good Hotel Parisutham for family stay. Very near to big temple. Good restaurant. We can enjoy Hotel Parisutham ambience. Hotel staff very polite.

Comfortable, clean and hygienic rooms, helpful, courteous and polite staff and proximity of the location to thanjavur temple and city centre made the stay at parisutham an extremely enjoyable experience

the stay was very good , the restaurant is below average I have order hot chocolate cost is Rs.150, quality of the milk bot so good

Clean and neat room. Good and fast service by the reception team and the room boy. Ample car parking area. We haven't tried the food. So, no comments on food.

The choice and quality of food has to improve its very average. The service is ok. Location of the Hotel Parisutham is near to big temple etc. .

We had a good stay for a nigh in parisutham. Hotel was clean, swimming pool was nice. Food was tasty.

Stayed here for couple of days. Thoroughly enjoyed the time. A classic property with a hint of royalty that will interest your curiosity. Clean rooms and excellent pool. The service and ac could have been better! food too is just about average. Biggest miss was the washrooms - they need an upgrade. Overall a good getaway place for short stays

Old Hotel Parisutham but well maintained. Excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this.

Hotel is having decent pool. Spacious rooms with bath tub facility. But for people who don’t like tub, feel in convenient in bathroom. Ample car parking with decent staff.

The food was very good. Staff were very friendly & cooperative.
