Hotel park exotica as a resort is ok as per ambience, food is good, needs maintenance and cleanliness e. G curtains, linens, walls were half painted. Need lot if pursuance to get basic needs like water. Electric kettle not turning off by itself. For the amount paid for three nights it is not worth.

Services were very poor. They gave us a villa in which the shower was not properly working neither did they had water, when we asked for water they replied that the we cannot provide you ro water because of the safety purposes and they told us to buy it from their restaurant. The only good thing about this resort was it was looking good and the swimming pool was nice
