It was good but the hotel manager told me to book internally and asked more money

Good room for solo traveller’s. Wifi connectivity is good. Free drinking water. Room service was good. Within 500m you can find all many food shops and sweet shops.

Hotel not identify in google so very big problem to arrange taxi or food. 2. Hotel location found in 12 feet gali. 3. Break fast same in all day or only 2 varity in break fast. 4. Room ac not working properly. 5. Room bed quality is very cheap. 6. Complementry tea or water not in list. 7. Hotel staff very supportive.

Location was gali road most of time we are going to main road to book rapido or uber etc. As they were not interested to come this location food was not available in this hotel either we are going outside or order by zamato, swiggy etc. No amenities are available and don't expect such things from this type of hotel service was purely bad

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Transportation facilities near the hotel were decent, with buses readily available, though the metro station is quite far. The nearest metro station is rabindra sadan. In terms of food, the options nearby seemed limited, although i might be mistaken.

While check out i found my mobile is discharged so i started charging at reception. The reception boy name vishnu was very very rude to me. He forcefully stopped charging and forced me to leave the waiting area. I tell him that i just need to charge my mobile for 15 minutes, he told me that you charged your mobile 5 minutes that is enough. I told him. That you should behave like a decent man. He refused for any further help. He was very very rude, he also does not deserve to be in hospitality business.

A recomend do not check in to this hotel. I had a horrible experience with my stay. All amenities in this hotel are 12-15 years old and not maintained. Window ac was half broken. Tv not working, dirty room with free cockroaches all around. No in house restaurant. No intercom phone inside the room. I stayed with my family and the whole experience was very bad. But one thing i must say that the hotel room service staff was very good and very soft spoken.
