Food and Location is good. Services needs to improve.

Pleasant stay and near to Niladri beach. The staff are friendly and the food is good.

food was good. few things should be improved. washroom slippers should be provided, there should be an exhaust fan in washroom, there must be atleast 3 foot mats and should be changed daily as beach area is full of sand. there must be facility to dry up wet clothes and one must have thing in bedroom is wall hook to hang clothes.

Room was dirty. Towels were not cleaned. Toilet was worse and dirty. They don’t even provide dental kits which is basic. Basic was not provided. Waste of money

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Hotel Park Lagoon, Puri. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and supportive throughout. Special thanks to Nihar at the reception, who guided me on places to visit, what to eat, and what to avoid, making my trip memorable.

Overall it was good but there was no facility for drying of wet clothes and there was no remote available for adjustment of the Air conditioner. AC setting was fixed at 19 which was too low, for which we couldn't enjoy the Air conditioner . Complained to concern person but problem not solved.

The room was not properly clean. I think there is shortage of staff. After saying repeatedly staff cleaned the room.Also Geyser was not working. The Plus point is the Sea is nearby.

This hotel is very bad amenities with poor service.Room condition is bad,AC properly not working,remote of AC not available, telephone of reception not available,complimentary breakfast first day not served and then next two days served but poor quality.Behaviour of staffs with manager not upto the mark.Over all it is very bad hotel for stay.

Everything was nice , washroom could be better,otherwise everything was good,food was very delicious

Door locked, no body responded well. Night power went and no back up at midnight is horrible. Rooms not cleaned and smell really ugly including bath room . Not recommend everyone. The managers are use less , they don’t care other than money

room and toilet are not clean, bedsheets also dirty, photo and in reality rooms are different, but restaurant's food is good. Behavior also good.

accomodation is very poor, Bathroom and Toilet condition is very bad ,if you go under online booking. Online booking are not giving proper room accomodation whatever shows in Photo.

Overall stay was good, nice staff and good behaviour, quite cooperative and humble.

The hygiene of room was pathetic,Not worth comparative to the price charged.Though the service boys are very courteous but the condition of rooms are not at all worthy to stay.Food was good.

we booked this hotel on 27th of Feb 2025. the room is in terrible condition, AC is not working in the rooms. we have changed 3 rooms during Our trip. AC is not working, the sink is broken, and the mattress is not comfortable and there room service is very terrible. the most bizarre thing they did that without even giving us an wakeup call they straight up asked us to clear the room at 8AM and when said please give us atleast 30 mins the host rudely said he will give only 15 mins without mentioning about any late charges. We cleared the room at 8:40 then the host demanded we give him 2000 rupees for delay of checkout. They threatened to call police and even told staff to seize our luggage. This hotel is a money grabbing scam please don't go here.

The room was not clean, ac was not working properly and most of all the bathroom was disastrous. The soap holder was broken, water was leaking from the geyser, the taps were rusted & the faucet was thrown down as its holder was also broken. In other words it was a terrible terrible experience.
