Hotel Park Residency

Having not so good prior experience near safdarjung enclave, i was bit skeptical about the place so initially booked a night's stay as a test (sounds unbelievable) but after having a mindfully approving this place, i extend the stay and considering the online + at the spot discount by property owners i am adding to my revisit list. Take my word and feel free to book. Honest point: the Hotel Park Residency might not be very new or have contemporary furnishing but the property owner have kept the property stand through the test of time with all furnishing finished intact and look evergreen. Interestingly spacious, has all modern facilities available at bare minimum.

#1 staff is very cooperative, always welcome with a smiling face, #2 meals, breakfast served on time and if qood quality, #3 location is awesome, no congestion, atm, nuked wall tea worth enjoying. #3 metro station is nearby, peaceful environment, hauz khas masjid is also in the same side, 4 minutes walk hardly #4few things need improvement, quilts are old, need to be replaced, cleaning of floor was not up to mark, although staff arranged table but chair was missing staying period: 10. 01. 2024 to 13. 01. 2024 best wishes

I liked the stay because it was a cheap stay with all the basic amenities being available. The room was a bit dimly lit and the sounds from the next room were audible. But since i was staying alone i was not bothered. The staff was courteous within their limits. The restaurant is good but on the pricey side. Overall i will come back to stay for my single visits because it was very affordable.

Room is just ok. Breakfast is served in room. Not many options. Fine for a brief stay. Side road leading to the Hotel Park Residency is currently under repair. Lot of eat outs nearby. There is a market if you walk a little and couple of temples(shiva and puri jagnnath. Can improve on the linens. A fresh coat of painting, clean window panes would further improve the look

My 10-hour stay at Hotel Park Residency park residency was a delightful experience. The staff's warm welcome, luxurious room, and impeccable dining made a lasting impression. Despite its proximity to the airport, it was remarkably peaceful. The Hotel Park Residency's commitment to cleanliness was reassuring. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays.

Location is outstanding, less than 5 minutes from metro. Amenities are good, including internet, drinking water, shampoo, soap, toiletries, etc. Hotel staff very friendly and the breakfasts - eggs or parathas or cereal are great. Older building with large windows, ample room space, and comfortable seating. Highly recommended and a good value!

This is second time staying in this Hotel Park Residency and as expected, the service was excellent. We did the check-in during mid-night & the reception was very helpful & fast in completing the checkin. Room & toilet was clean too. Strongly recommend this Hotel Park Residency & value for money!

My stay was good. Some small problems are there which is exhaust wasn't working, ac temprature they have set by themselve, sometimes it's cooling less, i mean these are the things you will complain about and remember it. Food was good, hygiene was good, room was neat and clean

The Hotel Park Residency was good. The building was small, but the rooms were neat and clean. And facilities were very good. But, the food was very expensive. I don't recommend buying food here.

All good, supporting staff. Had 10 days stay. Breakfast quality should be looked upon.

Cleaning only problem.

Accommodation was as expected, but there was little delay in room key handover due to delayed cleaning and preparing beds for next customer

Property location is so good. Breakfast is nice, near to my location, Hotel Park Residency staff behaviour is good, green park location is vip movment area
