Dear Hemlata Ji, We had given you deluxe room only. As per your booking you come up With Extra person at ch in time and you told he will stay with you ppl only so if person will be more than room size you will say small only. And you asked for change but property was totally sold out.And every customers we respect its not we didn’t considered advance booking customers. In this case its your mistake bot ours you can take 2 rooms if extra person is coming with you on the spot. Thank you

Dear Pradip Ji, 1) Food most every customer like of our hotel but every state and every person have their own taste sometime we ppl also go out of himachal we don’t like their food. 2) And regarding dropping these days due to heavy traffic jam even you wont get auto in 250 and u r saying about taxi great.And its you call to pay 400 nobody has forced you u can took taxi or auto from outside also.
