Hotel doesn't have lift facility or service is provided we are travelling from long distance the person at reception has no manners after one hour he asked for check in details the food at restaurant is also upto mark with high charge overall worst experience

Room cleaning is not proper. waiting time for food order more than 45 minutes and some items not working eg: phone, calling bell etc . Overoll average

Property was good and clean . Rooms are spacious . But no lift so we need to climb floor each time and front office was pathetic

Hotel park residency exceeded my expectations! the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. 5 stars!

Best accommodation at best price. Surpriseed see a room bedroom, living room cum dining room and kitchen. Kitchen has fridge, oven, induction cooker and basic utensils to cook and serve. The staffs are very helpful

The stay was comfortable, a small room but all facilities including a fridge are provided, courteous staff, ample parking, a good restaurant

My room near bar- side is not advisable. Otherwise over experience all good. Staff v good. Food also v good.

A) location is great and well connected by bus from chengannur rail station, just 10 minutes from bazar and bus and auto stand. B) amenities are good room very clean, bed cozy. C) reception very helpful and toiletry ample

All the staff, food etc were excellent. But a serious drawback was lack of lift in the building. Going upstairs was really choking.

Was given ground floor room on request, because the hotel does not have a lift. The room was next to the reception. Neat, adequate space, good bathroom. But noisy due to the reception counter outside and a bar next door. Food was ok. Helpful and courteous staff. Overall, a good experience.

Room was not ready even thought we came for check in. The room was very small not proper ventilation and very very uncomfortable bathroom

Had a nice stay ,room and washroom was clean .Car parking was opposite the hotel and had adequate security.Front office was responsive and pleasant. No room boy was present and no lift . Food was the only thing I was not happy about ,was not authentic .. Good location, good rooms and value for money. The only discomfort part was there is lounge entry to corridors and its noisy.
