Hotel Park Residency

We had a brief one day stay in this Hotel Park Residency when we were in thrissur. Hotel is new and the room was really spacious and well put. They laid the extra bed for us in the room before we checked-in itself. We had a issue with the faucet in the bathroom. They changed us the room immediately when we informed the same. Regarding the complementary breakfast, they have limited variety(only south indian and bread /jam types - no fruits even. They said they will charge extra if we ordered egg omelettes even though they had boiled egg as complementary. Another good thing is they have ample car parking space with security in front of the Hotel Park Residency itself. The Hotel Park Residency is just 2-3 kms from the thrissur round.

We drove from kochi and reached the destination in 2 hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful in allocating clean sanitised rooms. There was food available throughout the day. Breakfast was complementary and staff was extra helpful in responding to requests promptly. We planned for a day but extended to another day. The rooms were cleaned and all towels, toiletries and beverage saches replaced just like the day we arrived. Would recommend travellers to explore the Hotel Park Residency for all the great reasons to stay. There are supermarket, bakeries also available nearby. The greatest attraction for us was being able to visit sri vadakkunathan temple which is 7 mins away from the Hotel Park Residency.

Before check in i had to call them. The land line was never answered. At the reception staff not very professional and pleasing. Nevertheless i was admitted. Carry your own luggage. Hotel looked neat and clean. room was good but not elderly friendly even in the bathroom. Linen looked brownish. Pillow was too firm to give you a cozy sleep. Bath room very clean. Restaurant was neat. Food was good. Boiled eggs available. Omelette needs additional payment. checkout process was smooth. I would recommend this Hotel Park Residency.

Our stay at park residency was really comfortable and it met with our expectations. The check-in was hassle-free. The staff was very cordial and polite. The room was of adequate size. It was clean and well organized. The linen looked fresh. The bathroom was neat and spacious. There is ample car parking facility. The location is very near to the town and is very convenient to commute to major restaurants, hospitals, railway and bus stations. I would definitely consider staying here on my next trip to thrissur

Surprisingly we didn't get a chance to stay there. Instead we were forced to stay at another Hotel Park Residency arranged by them. We reached the Hotel Park Residency after a tiring journey. When we went in after unloading our luggage, they approached us and told that there was an issue. They said the room arranged for us was facing some electrical issues, so they have arranged another stay nearby. (which was around 3 kms away. We had to experience this after a hectic day.

Had a pleasant stay at the Hotel Park Residency. It's almost in city center. Ample guest parking. We checked in around 8pm and the wait period was just 5 min of verification checks since we used makemytrip for rest of formalities. We were a family of four. The room was neat and clean. Bathroom was clean as well. We had dinner at room since we were tired. Breakfast was buffet. Though buffet spread was less, everything provided was really fresh, tasty and sumptuous.

Spacious rooms, No extravagant designs, Thoughtful simple interiors, a restaurant that serves tasty food and a huge Car Park…. What more you can ask for in a perfect place to stay with family. The Hotel Park Residency is so cleanly maintained such that I inquired the staffs whether it’s a newly opened Hotel Park Residency. Needless is mention that the property is just less than a km away from the city centre. A definite recommendation to all types of travellers.

Park residency is an excellent Hotel Park Residency. The rooms were clean and spacious. Location is very near the vadakumnathan temple, so extremely convenient. I want to specially thank the staff - both at the reception and the restaurant. As a solo female traveller, the staff made every effort to make my stay easy and convenient. A special thanks to the restaurant staff who were extremely courteous and eager to help. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

Room was good. Cleanliness was ukto the mark and even the food was great the washroom room everything was great overall the stay was really comfortable even the housekeeping staff and the reception staff was friendly would prefer staying here again in the next visit

Place is good for a budget Hotel Park Residency- staff members are also very warm! Neat rooms…closer to Thrissur town!

These are large rooms. About 2 times larger than the usual Hotel Park Residency room. The floors are granite and if your trvelling with kids there's lots of spice to play inside the rooms. Toilets re also very clean and we'll mintained. Service is great too. . Advise if your an out of attention traveller please don't expect the best pane-er makhni. Your in kerala eat the local flavours.

The Hotel Park Residency is near to city centre and very well maintained. The room service is very quick and very responsive front desk staff.

Neat, clean and spacious rooms. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Food is also good. Only suggestion is to improve the breakfast spread. Even though the quality was good, felt the spread was very limited.

We decided to spend our weekend at thrissur city and came across the Hotel Park Residency park residency in the app. A 3 star, immaculate and well maintained Hotel Park Residency, and its close proximity to several tourist spots made it an ideal stay for us. We will definitely do visit again.
