Very good location, Karolbagh metro is 2-3 minutes walking. Very supportive staff. Got free upgrade from hotel side. Room size is good. Complementary breakfast quality was very good. Overall stay was very nice. Budget friendly hotel and can try for business trip as well as personal trip.

There were lot of insects in the room, we booked pink suite which was not available during check-in, however we did special request at time of booking. Also we asked for swimming pool which was also not available in the hotel

They are not proactive

There were bed bugs found in the 1st night. Though they responded to my call. Room changed only after complete one day . Taxi arranged was not given proper instructions. Driver drove taxi without AC and after asking, driver said it is charged separately. However, later on I came to know it was AC in the same fare . . They are not proactive.
