Pathetic. Wrongly overrated. please ensure that the pics shown while booking is the real pics of rooms. Dirty linen. Bad smell and dirty toilet. Horrible the experience. Further the support staff was unhelpful. Changing rooms at higher cost is not the solution but the hospitality is. So bad.

very waste hotel as the due to gyser we were getting electric shock, and they didnt even provide water bottle also the staff was very rude and disrespectful waste hotel please don't book it very untidy and not clean

Poor hotel to stay .. no cleanliness and poor blanket with no proper sanitation and blanket cover were torn and very dirty.

Room or location is good but room curtain is too dirty. And when we checked into our room at night, the hotel staff refused to provide hot water and said it would be available at 7 in the morning.

Very dirty and old hotel interior, bed smell, old toilet seats, TV not functioning properly. Small piece of soap provided, wall paint is not in good condition, wall is in bad shape due to water seepage.

The location of the property was great. The stay was good too, the staff was very polite and attentive.

The room was average, the geyser in the bathroom was not working and I stayed in the november which is a winter season. The water in both taps and shower was not coming properly. The food service was excellent. The staff were good.

I paid the full day rent in hotel parv while I require this room only for 3-4 hour to complete my sleep as I travelled through early morning flight. On property they charged additional 300 Rs. For one hour early check-in. Property furniture and facilities are also not good. I suggest to avoide stay in this hotel.

i order food on call with this hotel and they said yes also they will give order within 15-20 mins but after 38 mins i called they said i forgot to take your food order but in 2nd they have given order immeditaely but tast is okok

Wifi was not working, when asked, he said that connection is not to my room. The geyser was not working. The AC was not working even at 16° temperature. Overall, the stay was not good even for a single day visit.

They don’t serve normal water easily.. I request them too many times then one jug of water available & his bathroom condition is too poor and fully damaged…toilet sheet water leaking and many much more. I never go with them and don’t suggest anyone to book this hotel and talk to everyone that never book rooms with *MakeMyTrip* beach your review and ratings regarding hotels is bad

Location is good, room is neat but it would be good, if the bed, pillows and bedsheets are also good and neet the bedsheet and dirty marks on it when asked to change they said we can't. Food is very good, it would also good if they allow out side food also like ordering from Swiggy or zomato..

Worst hotel i ever visited staff have no values for their guest they provide nothing even lightings are not proper in a room they hust fitted a bulb instead of proper lights which was also dim. Staff talks rudely wen u asked them to clean the room they were like if you have issues with the room or hotel kindly change your accommodation or cancel it on your behalf and get your money back we does nothing more about the same. Instead of correct on their behalf they just asked you to change room if you have this much problem.

The mattress is very bad quality and outdated. Dirty and bad smelled Blanket. Room Service is the worst. i have ordered drinking water and after 45 minutes i have to go to the reception then water is provided. overall a very bad experience and very bad stay

Extremely poor service. It’s unacceptable that water was leaking from the air conditioner in the room, creating a mess and discomfort. Room service was also completely unresponsive and careless. This kind of negligence reflects very poorly on the management. Strongly disappointed.
