As for the confusion about the breakfast inclusion, please note that all meal plans are clearly mentioned on our website. It seems there might have been a selection oversight while booking. We will also ensure our team communicates this more clearly to avoid any such confusion in the future. We also apologize that the air conditioning did not meet your expectations. Kindly note, it generally takes about 10–15 minutes for the temperature to stabilize depending on the room size and the selected mode on the remote.
