Hotel Patnitop Heights

We booked "executive double room with valley view" our booking was for 3 people and the Hotel Patnitop Heights promised an extra mattress. But we were not given any extra mattress even after reminding them during check-in. We were given the corner room where we had an additional room of smaller size with a sofa. This gave us an additional view into the valley. The biggest plus point of this Hotel Patnitop Heights is the view it provides. You get a breathtaking view of the valley from the balcony. Food was okay. Served very hot and taste is alright. But it was disappointing that the menu was curtailed (may be due to fewer guests. It was told that the restaurant is open for breakfast from 8 am. But we had to wait for 20 25 mins. It appeared as if they started coking after we came in. Moreover there is no buffet breakfast and the menu is very limited.
Staff was not wearing masks at all times. No temperature checks done.

Judging by the pics of the Hotel Patnitop Heights on the website I thought it would be an above average experience but to my surprise, this Hotel Patnitop Heights has everything to make your stay memorable. First things first, it's a centrally heated Hotel Patnitop Heights with the option of turning it off inside your room. Nothing can beat that in winters. The ambience was quiet, design and decor tasteful and had a warm reception feel to the Hotel Patnitop Heights. All rooms come with a balcony overlooking stunning scenery. The only shortcoming I can see if that you would have to waste a lot of water in the bathroom before hot water. Sad to waste so much water. Overall a must-stay Hotel Patnitop Heights experience at a must-stay location.

The Hotel Patnitop Heights has a great ambience, Also the rooms are warm and cozy considering the cold weather outside. They serve excellent food and serve inside the room on demand. Clean washrooms. Two additional switches of "Do not disturb" and "Clean my room" are there that may be used as and when needed. Overall a good experience. A couple of suggestions for the Hotel Patnitop Heights for betterment. 1. There were a lot of flies in Hotel Patnitop Heights and the room that come there to escape the cold outside. Please look into it. 2. The Outside view is somewhat diminished when we see the work in progress lawn, kindly complete that ASAP so that guests have a good view.

It was a great stay ... Though we stayed for just one day ... It was really enjoyed by my kids. My 7 year old daughter not 4year old son. Room was good neat not clean .. With clean washroom. Hotel is under construction .. Lawn is also not so big .. It was a small not maintained properly but still my kids enjoyed there .. So no problem with me. But when this Hotel Patnitop Heights will be completed .. It would be the best Hotel Patnitop Heights of patni top. Room service is very quick ... Food is good .. In total we enjoyed and we love to be.

We went to Hotel Patnitop Heights in September so there was not much to see in Patnitop but when we went to the Hotel Patnitop Heights it turned out to be outstanding. Staff was polite, rooms were nice, terrace garden was amazing and musical fountains at night steal the show as you can ask for your own born fire and enjoy sitting there with your group. Food was delicious as well and prices were normal. It was a great experience staying in the Hotel Patnitop Heights.

I got to know about this Hotel Patnitop Heights by MMT and just booked. This is an awesome Hotel Patnitop Heights. I recommend everyone to book it. View from this Hotel Patnitop Heights is beautiful. The food at its ambrosia restaurant is yummy and very tasty. We enjoyed our stay here. The Hotel Patnitop Heights is very beautiful and picturesque. It has one garden, fountain and bonfire. Garden is very beautiful. The overall stay is amazing. I would recommend it.

The Hotel Patnitop Heights is at a very good location .. Slightly higher elevation from the rest of the Hotel Patnitop Heightss .. The views from the Hotel Patnitop Heights are eye mind blowing and all rooms have the same view as the rooms are on one side only. The ambience of the rooms are good with all the facilities and room service .. The only thing missing is the lift which they are building in the new block

We reached late and stayed for just one night. We wish, if we could stay there for one more night! Excellent location, nice views from Room. Good food and service, however the restaurant staff should be aware and honest about the food quantity, which we didn't like. Centrally heated. But be aware, that Bonfire isn't "free". And it seemed like the current market rate was lower than the deal we got !!

Perfect place to stay. Nice arrangement, nice staff, good food, beautiful lawn and above all beautiful views of the mountain range and forest from all rooms.

It was beautiful all together. Beautiful location and clean place to stay in .. I think bathroom can be more clean than it was .. Naag temple is so much near by .. If you come by car here will be more comfortable For site seeing.

Location is outstanding. The height is excellent. Moreover the view point is scenic. It is one and the last Hotel Patnitop Heights at a top of the height that's why it is famous for their name known as Patnitop heights.

Overall good. Food taste is satisfactory. Supportive staff. Location ok.
Room overall was fine. However, repeated power cut noticed and dg set, could not support all the times.

Great view from balcony and room. And in snow time its really a wonderful sightseeing from the gallery.

Hotel is built at very good location, walking distance from Naag temple. Hotel has two gardens full of flowers which gives very good view from your rooms

Excellent location bang opposite to Naag Temple. Nice rooms with prompt service. Way to Restaurant could have been a little better. Also buffet breakfast was missing.

Awesome stay. I like the food and the room service very much. Restaurant in the Hotel Patnitop Heights is very good and the rates are also differently. They have upgraded our rooms from economy to executive without any additional charges. The views from the balcony are unmatched.

The check in took more time than usual. Room services were good. The wi fi speed was good. Food quality was average. The Hotel Patnitop Heights is located away from crowded place. And is fit for those who want a peaceful stay. Providing cab free of cost for pick and drop was also a appreciable.
